They have a good selection of burgers, sandwiches, wrap & po'boys to choose from along with sides. They also have a counter with some house made ready to go food. I even saw a big pot of gumbo. I got a TURKEY BLT with no cheese. It comes on a fresh jalapeño cheddar bread that was not spicy - just very good. The turkey was shaved turkey with a healthy topping of bacon & lettuce. The BLT spread seems like a mayo spread with chopped bacon, tomato, & herbs. It was really light and good. My husband loved his SHRIMP PO BOY. He said the breading on the shrimp was delicious & bread was good. Our only regret was not getting fries or onion rings to try. There are several tables to eat inside and a couple right out front. There appeared to be several locals coming in to pick up food while I was waiting about 10-15 minutes for our food. The meaning behind this place is even better. They support the local Teen Challenge Center and employee the girls from there to help them in their journey's to finding their faith and becoming good people. On top of that, they have a great coffee club of older gentlemen that my grandfather attends everyday. They know him well and he helps around the shop. The inside is very warm and inviting. It's like a home that turned into a coffee shop. If you are ever in the area and stop in early you will see the gentleman's coffee club in the corner. They are very friendly and inviting so, stop in and say hi!

I felt silly for not thinking of this, but even more, I was so pleasantly surprised by these people's willingness to go way above and beyond for a one-time customer just passing through. He even offered to pay my shipping and let me pay the amount when he knew what that would be. How wonderfully refreshing these rare interactions are in which people go out of their way to do something nice and even go out on a limb of trust for a stranger.
