They have always helped me through projects and saving money. They will gladly share knowledge. This company came onto my property, without my permission, and opened my pool. Then, they sent me a bill for $380 to just take off a cover and add some chemicals! After non payment, they filed a lawsuit against me! I sent the court a letter stating what had happened. I waited for a response from the court. I thought the master had been settled. I didn't think I needed to be present for the court date because I had explained my side. I know, silly me! I ended up having to pay $460 to a company that trespassed onto my property to render a service I NEVER ASKED FOR!! They even had the pump set up wrong! My dad had to fix it, and he knows nothing about a pool, but thankfully knows about plumbing! I wouldn't recommend this company to open a birdbath! If you want a company that is pleasant to work with, lol elsewhere! I'll be taking care of my own pool or find a company that actually gets permission before they come on my property to do anything!
