But to start when I walked in the front desk lady was wearing large head phones. Which is very inappropriate and hard to communicate.(been here before when same front desk girl was there and never seen her wearing these before) We came for an ear infection my son had been complaining about/not sleeping for for 2 days already (red ears)Beth check his ears and said they were "perfect". While my son is crying in pain from the pain I decided to take him somewhere else for a second opinion the next morning. Where the doctor looks as his ears and says he has severe double ear infection inner and outer. Beth wasted a whole day we could've had antibiotics because apparently she doesn't know what an ear infection looks like. I felt very poorly treated and ignored and then rushed out in the same condition in which i arrived. I am curious to see how my insurance gets charged for this 'treatment'. Sometimes my body decides to get sick on days other than Saturday. If you are a walk-in, be prepared to wait a while. We had to wait for almost an hour and half. They did have free wifi for those in the waiting room. This made the time go by much faster. I've read some other reviews on this place from some other sites and I don't agree with them. Other than the wait, I believe this is a great place to walk in. They are friendly and I like Dr. Z. He actually listens to you when you describe your symptoms.
