But to start when I walked in the front desk lady was wearing large head phones. Which is very inappropriate and hard to communicate.(been here before when same front desk girl was there and never seen her wearing these before) We came for an ear infection my son had been complaining about/not sleeping for for 2 days already (red ears)Beth check his ears and said they were "perfect". While my son is crying in pain from the pain I decided to take him somewhere else for a second opinion the next morning. Where the doctor looks as his ears and says he has severe double ear infection inner and outer. Beth wasted a whole day we could've had antibiotics because apparently she doesn't know what an ear infection looks like. just now Great…read morecustomer service. Went here on a Thursday afternoon. I arrived at 2:26, and was at Walgreen's for my scripts by 3:28. I had hip pain. The P.A. (Hosler) was very thorough, using multiple bends and stretches to be sure it wasn't a problem with my spine or disks. The nurse gave me a shot in my right hip, and I DID NOT feel it. The ONLY reason I didn't give a five star rating, is because I didn't get any type of summary when I left. I can't remember what the shot was, and no written instructions for home ( heat, ice, pain management, follow up, etc). I got the P.A.'s name off my script bottle. I will definitely return in the future, and I highly recommend this facility.

The other patient was called back (no big deal) as I watching him closely. Another patient came in with just a scrapped up leg. They then called him to the back. There was a room had they called the patients in the order they arrived and/or by urgency. We left and went to the hospital... When i finally saw a doctor, he was so rushed that he wouldn't wait for me to answer his questions (being short of breath I could not speak more than two or three words at a time). They performed an ECG and assured me that i didnt have a heart attack and informed me to go to an ER. I felt very poorly treated and ignored and then rushed out in the same condition in which i arrived. I am curious to see how my insurance gets charged for this 'treatment'. They made sure i paid my copay within 20 mins of arriving.
