Went there Monday night (June 30th) to see M3GAN 2.0, they must not have cleaned out the popcorn machine, cause as I and my friend were eating we both stopped because we noticed it tasted funny, the next day I was on the toilet for most of the day, my friend said he had the same problem. Took our grandson and daughter to see Moana 2 last night and I've got to say it was the worst service ever ..so to begin we bought our outrageously priced seats online show up to stand in line with one salesman at ticket desk or check in whatever you want to call it ..then stand in another line for popcorn ect to find out that they have no refreshments out of fountain soda only to be charged for a 16 oz bottle at the same price with no refill so a bag of popcorn a bottle of coke and a bag of needs 25 bucks well I'll tell u what I'm glad I won't do it again you establishment is a joke and you Def don't have enough employees to run the place and your employees blaming coke company well sounds like poor management ..I'm requesting a full refund for poor and lack of service... read more

There are several of us that are "A List" members and this is primarily the only theater we will go to. It is spacious and can totally relax while watching the movie / LOVE the seats ! The staff have always been pleasant. The only reason I give it a 4 star - is that the drink machines often run out of the various choices as well as ice. I feel that if a popular movie is anticipated- then they should be prepared for the additional crowd consuming product as we all know the cost of a drink is crazy expensive! read more

I came in on last Saturday Oct 1and the employe who's name tag said marquis or some like that and he scan our tickets. And we myself and friends had this stupid on the phone ticket shit and he didn't exactly know how to scan it. So he had his maanger come over to help him. And the manager was being quite rude to marquis and it definitely stressed him and I thought shame on that manager and show out to marquis. read more

My son and I absolutely love the recliners at this theater. But the last three times we have gone to this location to see a movie, the popcorn has been terrible. It tastes very chewy (stale, I think). The last time, it was burned. I took it back to the counter for a replacement, and got stale/burned popcorn, as the replacement. I don't know if they are popping it way ahead of time, or exactly what is going on, but it is awful. Popcorn is part of the movie experience. And for as much as it costs, it should be fresh. I don't know if this is also happening at the other local AMC theaters. I will not be purchasing popcorn from the AMC 8 until this problem is rectified. read more

Went and seen Jumanji January 6th. There was 3 girls in back corner that kept talking, dropping stuff, giggling loud to where whole theatre heard, playin musical chairs, not even turned to see the movie. Kept running out and hitting doors hard gettin concessions at least 5-6 times, hard to keep attention on movie, no staff ever came in like they usually do once. Once during movie and after, no employee could be found to inform about the incident. worse movie experience ever. read more

This place is sooooooooo disgusting. First, we came about 4 to 5 years ago and came home with roaches in between our cell phone and the cases. You know, the ones you clip on your belt. We complained about it and they issued free tickets to any movie we wanted. Fine. I never came back after that. Now, a few years later and more kids we're here at this place, is again, freaking disgusting. The place is hot as hell and smells stale and not clean. However, this is the only theater that amc has updated (wtf). We get to the theater and low and behold.....it's freaking DIRTY! There's trash everywhere on the floor, in the seats, and in the cup holders. Now, you may be thinking that I came, at night, on a weekend. No, I came at 11 am on a Saturday morning. So I was here, at the theater, at 10:15am. When we complained to management, there answer: "when the movie starts, you can move to different seats." No, idiots, I want you to clean it up. Needless to say, my 14 year old daughter cleaned our seats and cup holders so we could be more comfortable. These people should be ashamed of themselves! read more

I'm with the gal that said the popcorn wasn't fresh and burnt, same here with my experience and that was just yesterday on 4 February 2020. I went early hoping that all the children would not be there so I could enjoy my movie by myself or with very little people in the theater. I wasn't going to get much but I hadn't had the popcorn candy and soda forever so I decided to treat myself, it came to almost $20 and I can't believe it because all I ordered was small and this shit was huge it looked like a large popcorn and a large drink but the candy was just a regular box and it cost like five dollars. I don't understand why the prices don't reflect the item chosen. I could not believe it. I went into the theater and pretty much it was all me until a big group of people came in that had down syndrome or you know our handicap people and I don't have no problem with that but when they're noisy and walking back-and-forth all the time and the two people that were in charge of this large group they did the same thing walking back-and-forth and talking and laughing ;I have a hard time concentrating and at first the sound quality was very loud but it pretty much adjusted by the time the actual movie came came on but what I did not enjoy was freezing me out when I'm trying to watch a movie. I mean this is wintertime people! I know we had a nice couple of days there before that but it was cold when I got there and it was cold when I left and I froze in between at this theater when it should've been warm in there because it seem like the air conditioner was on the whole entire time. If I ever go again I'll be sure to sit somewhere else; I'm not sure where the vents are so I'd have to maybe ask somebody so that I can sit somewhere where I'm not freezing my ass off! I mean I had to put my coat on and my gloves and that's hard when you're trying to eat popcorn and drink something. But the worst part I guess was the movie stunk and for that price that you have to pay it's sad. This movie had been on for a while and people I don't know if it's stinking or not and adjust the price accordingly and Karen Lay. There was no one in that theater except me another couple and then that large group of handicap people with only two guardians watching over them. I think you need to hire somebody that got some common sense; that would help a lot I believe. I can only imagine how much the other food that they got in there cost...real food and real drinks but I don't think I'm going to even try that part of it. My favorite theater is way on the other side of town and I just moved so if I went to my favorite theater it would have to be during the summertime because I'm not gonna venture out when it's so cold and nasty out. read more

Went to see Jurassic World today at 1 pm, we got there at 12:30pm, First off, no curb appeal, glass front doors filthy, lobby area had debris on the carpet, apparently no vacuums or no one knows how to use them, walked into the bathrooms, mirrors, sinks, floors dirty and hair around toilet, when we got into the theater (2)....there was popcorn up and down the aisles, even in the chairs. We talked with the girl on our way out, and it was just one excuse after another one......Maybe this place needs to rethink their Management staff. I went to see Captain America: Civil War early this week. The movie was great. However, the theater was not. First off, I wanted to buy a drink and popcorn, but the line was REALLY long, they only had ONE register open with someone working the register that worked slower than a snail. I would have been in line for AT LEAST 15-20 minutes just to wait for my turn, which would have made me late for the movie. But, that's not all about the concessions. The General Manager did go behind the concessions counter, but to do something else. He clearly saw the enormous line of people, but didn't care. He clearly saw how slow the employee was working, but didn't care. He obviously thought he was too good to give the guy a hand to speed up the line. I was actually blown away by his lack of even giving a single ounce of interest in helping. So I basically gave up when I saw his lack of interest in helping, and they lost my concession sale. That's STILL not all. So I go into the theater and the trailers are already playing, and I easily notice HUGE streaks, covering about 33% of the screen, right in the center of the screen. It looked like someone threw bleach or something on the screen. During most of the scenes of the movie it was HIGHLY noticeable, and REALLY distracting. REPLACE YOUR WORN OUT SCREENS SHOWPLACE 8! After that experience, I will not be returning to that theater. read more
