Our garage door was damaged, and L&S came out at their first available appointment on Monday. He assessed the damage, provided an honest and practical solution for the repair for a very reasonable price , and followed through exactly as promised. By Wednesday, we had a fully repaired garage door that was working perfectly again. What really stood out to me was his honesty, professionalism, and work ethic. His son was also there and is such a bright young man. Together, they truly represent the meaning of honest, hardworking people who take pride in what they do. After dealing with a damaged garage door, having it repaired quickly and knowing it was done right gave me my peace of mind back. I now understand firsthand why L&S has such wonderful reviews and a high rating on Yelp. I highly recommend L&S Garage Door to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, honest, reliable, and hardworking.

Sent a mass quote request out and Mazaya immediately responded with a flat rate price whereas everyone else wanted to send someone out first. I didn't want to waste time having people come and go quoting me various prices as I needed to get this fixed ASAP so I responded to Mazaya. Ibrahim was able to come on a Saturday and was able to accommodate an earlier timeframe than normally offered. Ibrahim texted me when he was coming and arrived within the timeframe and he got the job done under 30 mins. He also noticed the rollers were very worn and advised me to be careful without being pushy to get them replaced. I ended up having him replace them anyways while he was there as he offered me a fair price. He also finished that job under 15 mins. Absolutely amazing experience with Ibrahim and definitely won't hesitate to reach out to him again for any garage door needs! Thanks again Ibrahim!

This review is overdue, but Mazaya deserves all five stars…read more Our garage door broke and became stuck halfway open at an angle. Unfortunately, we hired another company based on a recommendation from a local Facebook group. They left the door in even worse condition and walked away without refunding us. After that experience, we were understandably wary about trusting another company. We researched and compared several options, but many were quick to explain how difficult the job would be without offering a workable solution. Mazaya stood out because they were licensed, responsive, and offered a clear solution at a fair price. After everything we had been through, that straightforward approach was exactly what we needed. They replaced our garage door in just a few hours, and we're very happy with the result. Thank you, Mazaya, for helping us put a stressful experience behind us. Highly recommended!

I'm not keen on all the shills & 5 stars ratings for businesses that are really mediocre and a look at my reviews shows I am as critical & demanding as any professional reviewer; thus you can be certain you will receive superior quality service and goods from Sunwest Garage Door of Anaheim. Extremely capable, competent, professional, polite, & efficient technician Phil, his trainee Victor, & office staff Gisselle & Reece (sp?) made the replacement of just part of the segmented garage panel pleasant, yes, pleasant. I highly recommend the company and the people with whom I interacted. Note, no, I have neither a business interest in nor a relative working at Sunwest...though I wish I did have have the former.

Hate leaving a negative review, especially because this business was recommended by a close friend,…read morebut my experience- after today after being a customer since 2016 was absolutely horrible -high way robbery. My two car garage door was dragging up and coming down hard. The tech told me I needed a complete restoration to save the life of the motor. Quoted me $1,700 to what I learned now was to replace the cables and rollers. It was not the service he claimed to perform. I was concerned about the cost- researched online for the repair he recommended but found nothing that came close to the $1,700 quote. I decided to check in with my contractor after I authorized work, he questioned the tech about the cost of service over the phone. I sent my contractor a video of the service tech said he performed. Contractor told tech parts would be at the most $300. So Sunwest was charging me $1,400 for labor??? That's just unethical! I'm attaching their "bill of sale" that simply lists the condition of my garage door -not the work they claimed to be performing. On top of the ridiculous up charge the vendor never offered me the least expensive repair option of around $500 that's listed. I again questioned the cost and expressed that I could possibly get a new door for that much money. The tech went as far as telling me a new door, after Covid and prices rising, would cost me $6k. My contractor said he would get a complete new system installed for under $2k. In the end I refused service and asked them to restore my garage door as it was. The tech got his boss on the line and asked me to talk so we could come to some sort of discount. I refused to do business with them. And when given clear proof of their wrong doing they walked away without charging a service fee I thank my contractor who saved me from this scam of a company who in the end apologized for the over charge and didn't charge me for the mediocre job performed.

Wow I hate when this happens... when you had an amazing experience with a company year and years…read moreago so you return and it's just night and day from the previous experience. Bummer. Our garage door was broken so we called them out. We told them we could only be home until 4pm and they gave us the window of 2-4pm. We made sure we were home during that time. Unfortunately, it was for no reason because nobody showed up or called. We called them and they said they would come tight then and only take a minute to give an estimate for the work. Well no estimate was provided and they just started the work without any communication. When I heard drilling I asked if they were going to provide an estimate or what? And the workers said, ya, it's almost done, it's $450. No approval, no paperwork, nothing. I was late to my appointment and they said we could leave them locked in the garage, but as we were going to leave they kept having to go through the house to get things from their truck. I didn't want to leave them locked in the hot garage but we really had to leave. The whole situation was so incredibly frustrating. Then the office girl called me to collect payment and made it 100 times worse. I was trying to explain to her that the process was really stressful and she said, "ok so then I'll just have them go back and undo everything they did" .... Are you serious? What kind of customer service is that? What a terrible representation for their business. Had she said, "I understand how that was frustrating. We should have come when we said we were/communicated/provided an estimate/explained what we were even doing/honestly anything? It would have been different. Things happen, I get that, but have accountability and communication. It's very very basic customer service. We paid, we're done with them, but we will never use this company again.
