I don't go to the movies very often, but I have been to this theater a few times. I love the recliner seating and the ability to reserve seats. However the recliners do make it difficult to set anything on the floor. The concessions are pretty quick and have all the usual suspects. What I appreciate about the concessions is that once or twice I have order something and it was either under cooked (still frozen) or over cooked (burned) and they quickly fixed my issue with a new order and with no attitude. read more

Worst experience ever. I had ordered my order on The Order Ahead option just for the workers to take forever to help me, ask me if i had an order. The workers would walk past me and not acknowledge me, they would see me under the pick up order express lane and they never had any sympathy to do anything. I had ordered my food @ 5:30 for scheduled pickup at 5:50 pm, and when i had gotten there no one had ask me if i had an order until i had to take it into my hands and ask. Dear lord the staff here is so incompetent. Every time I've been here (dozens of times) the staff is either standing around doing nothing on their phones or talking. This last time I came I ordered ahead of time, when I got to the theatre I saw the order on the screen not ready with 3 staff standing around talking doing nothing. Got my food 10 minutes late. so I haven't been to the theaters in awhile Nd the movie had just started and me and my girls were just whispering and this rude blonde white lady got up and told us to shut up or else she's gonna get someone to kick us out. The workers really make a difference when coming to movie theatres. The lady with the short hair working at the concession couldn't even bother with us. Rude and condescending. Even my 4 year old asked me why she was acting like a jerk. I understand working isn't fun but we all have to do it. I deal with customers every day in a much more stressful environment. Went in there for a showing at 7:45pm when walking up to our seats there was leftover popcorn and empty drinks all over random seats and the floor. Was definetly NOT cleaned from previous showing which is upsetting. Then while trailers there boys / kids in the back just yelling and booing the commercials saying F** You to the lady on screen? We saw a movie here. It was a clean theater with red reclining chairs similar to studio movie grill. Our theatre had a crowd of less than ten. I only saw the town from the gps directions and it is a small quaint town. How small was it? I was on a two lane highway turning left and there was no turning arrow and I waited on over 30 cars to pass before I could turn. Great location for family or an evening out solo. read more

We've been here quite often but this time the theater is a huge disappointment. To start with we arrived about 20 minutes prior to showtime and we're locked out. Eventually someone figured out they should open the doors. The soda machines were barely functional and the no sugar choices were "unavailable". SCAM ARTISTS!! We bought tickets online to watch a rated R movie, then they refused our IDs. We asked for a refund if they weren't going to let us watch the movie we PAID FOR, then when they refunded us, they shorted us money and refused to give us the full amount. The manager and the lady that refused to let us in were both very rude and unprofessional. While we were there, we also watched another family get harassed with the same sort of thing. Movie Time- This theater is great! I love three things about this place! The ticket purchase method, the mini-bar and the seating. You can buy tickets ahead of time on line. You can purchase tickets at the counter from the porter or from the self service ticket machine, as well as choosing where you sit. The days of rushing to the theater to get a good early seat are now over. You purchase your seat and now reserve it. The Mini bar is nice you can, sit and have a few drinks before you watch the show? As for the fool that commented that the "Food here sucks and so did the movie !" , Really? This is a movie theater dude! Teenagers work here! Name any typical teen that is interested in cooking good food? Face it! Name another theater that doesn't serve over priced, "Sh--tty", junk food? What did you expect them to serve here, escargot, caviar and French champagne? As for the lousy movie, well, that's a studio directing problem and a matter of opinion, the movie theater has nothing to do with it! You know how stupid you're going to sound when people read your review? Now let's talk about the seating, they are great, the seats recline all the way back and are comfortable! Warning however, for people over 350 pounds, there is not enough room and it might be uncomfortable! As for the lady that complained about it in her review, I suggest you purchase another seat or stay home and watch Netflix! You need to lose weight your just simply too fat. They don't allow fork lifts in the theatre. A good indication of that was when you stood on your bathroom scale and it read, "To be continued." Wow, this place has changed up their game sin the past 2 years or so . It's a full service entertainment movie center : the bar , the nice big seats , the menu's etc . Its a cool place to go see a movie. Since brighton is still a cool little place, if you want to see a new movie without a giant crowd I would recommend you go there and get the service you want from a full service cinema draft house . I'll be back . You can buy your tickets on line or when you get there. They also have convenient auto kiosks for you to pick up your ticket when you walk in the door and swipe your card . Usually have a good experience, but not this time! They had half the items available in concessions. The surround sound was terrible in theater 8. When I complained to the staff they said they've been waiting for tech support to fix for over a week. Obviously they care more about taking your money than the experience. This is the best theater! It has comfortable red leather seats that recline and make your movie watching super comfortable. They also have a bar which is super nice! If you get a premium Stubbs membership movies cost $5 on Tuesdays and they upgrade sodas and popcorn. So you pay for a medium and get a large. You also get free refills on popcorn and sodas if you purchase a large. You can also purchase a plastic popcorn bucket for $25 they refill for $5 for the whole year. ( with free refills if your a premium Stubba member) so totally worth it! They also have above average food choices. Pizza, giant pretzels the size of a dinner plates that you can buy with melted cheese, pretzel bites that come in different flavors, chicken tenders and more! This is seriously a great place to see a movie and buy the Stubba premium membership for some great deals! read more

Looking for a nice theater in the Nortghlenn, Thornton area? Look a little bit further! This is a great theater that is NEVER packed. It's also always clean, unlike some other theaters in this area. It's just like any other AMC, so it won't knock your socks off. However, staff is friendly and the theaters are clean. We caught The Last Jedi here the day after it released and we had perfect seats, I did reserve them, but that shows you how underpopulated this theater is. read more

Stopped in to buy two large buckets of popcorn to take home for movies since it is a pandemic and we are not comfortable yet in the theater. Paid a little north of $21. Counter staff shower up with two of the bags they use for medium and said they are out of the buckets and that we could come back as many times as we wanted. To beat all, the bags were only 2/3 full to start with. Never going back, I will drive to another city when and if we decide to ever go into a theater again. :( read more

Yessss!!! Thank god they finally renovated this movie theater!!! Every seat is a good seat. Every seat is super comfortable and the movie theater is even cleaner and well maintained. I use to have a hard time sitting in the older seats series because if back issues but with the recline- it's really helped alleviate that pressure/numbness that would tingle down in my toes. I know not everyone has those kind of issues, but I thought I would bring it up. Also- what's wrong with assigned seating? :D if you Rock Fandango ahead of time- you are guaranteed a good seat if a movie is coming out without having to fight the rush at the door, let alone get stuck in the front row. I use to think assigned seating was weird when I heard of it a few years ago but I totally appreciate it now. Even on rare occasions of running a little behind. It comes down to this- I'm more than happy to pay a little extra to get a little extra!! :) we have been coming even more frequently and it's one of my fav things to do on the weekends! way to go, Amc Brighton !!! read more

Mother's Day, family went to see Detective Pikachu there was a hissing in the theater from what I can guess a speaker, loud kids, and not only were there loud kids who's parents weren't asked to quiet them there was someone popping their gum constantly It took two complaints to get someone to stop the gum scene and it was at the end of the move. Parking was a reasonable distance from the theatre. There's a couple parking lots where you can park close to the theater. Lines get pretty long to purchase tickets. Food was as any other AMC theater. Overall movie theatre was pretty messy considering it's pretty small. Nice theater. There are reclining seats. CONS: Went to watch the new Fantastic Beasts movie and there were tons of kids who would run up and down the stairs while the movie was playing which was really rude. You can hear everything in the movie theater. You can literally hear people chewing from across the theatre. Worst part of the entire theater is that you can hear the other move next door playing (bass and voices). Overall I would just make the drive over to Orchard or Flatirons. I'm in love with the new remodel! The idea of having reclining chairs is wonderful! But the last few times my movie would not star. I had to find the manager a total of 3 times . I have never been so frustrated during a movie before .... I will not be so cruel to give them 2 stars because I did see that a school came rushing in as soon as I bought my ticket. I'm sure that is a lot of stress on it's own. My advice is to make sure to go to an early movie when school is not in session. Still a great movie theatre! This is my favorite movie theater!! The reclining chairs and reserved seating is why. Snacks are too expensive, but that's the case at all movie theaters these days. A regular soda is more than $4, and it's just a fountain drink. I do like that they have healthier options for snacks, but those are still crazy expensive. read more
