When it first opened, there was great service. Good food. Great idea go watch a movie and eat "finger food" at the same time. Even get a boozy drink. Now, yikes. The prices have skyrocketed! A chicken, ceaser wrap with avocado, $27! Dad, Mom, 2 kids, including 2 beers = $207! Not including the $99.64 for 4 tickets. The last item to come out was my daughter's soda. Like why? Kids drinks, bar drinks, popcorn, food. Not that hard. Server was reeking of attitude. Geez, sorry, not sorry you are working. Bathrooms - ALWAYS gross. TP everywhere except on the roll. Sinks are always a soaking mess with water just everywhere. That will be our last visit. PS, They like to double charge, so check your bill.

First. And last time here. Lost 3 full stars because they force us to be here 30 minutes early then also force us to watch the most annoying musical styled old timey cartoons from the 30's and a tap dance routine of a person in a sheep outfit.

My husband and I went here to see a movie that wasn't playing in our neighborhood theater. We were greeted by friendly staff and a fun atmosphere inside. We sat down and ordered pizza a drink and popcorn. The server was great. I enjoyed how the previews were connected to the movie we were seeing and of course there were trailers for upcoming movies. The seats were comedians the theater was clean. It's a little odd with the movie started already how loud they are when they take orders but it wasn't too disruptive for long. We look forward to returning.

I always have a great experience here. Yesterday was no exception. My kids and I came to see How to Train Your Dragon. I like to get there 30 minutes before the show. That is when customers are let into the theater for their show. The service is always great! I prefer Alamo over other theaters because it is not all commercials running up to the start of the movie. What is showing is a compilation of related material for the show you are about to see. In this case it was all dragon related reels from movies and TV shows of the past. The fun part of having adult children is we all ordered a cocktail to go with our dinner. I had a house margarita. My daughter chose the Red Cape Margarita, a special in conjunction with the release of the Superman movie. It had blanco tequila, orange liqueur, Monin strawberry purée, and lime. My son got The Grasshopper, a shake with Arrow crème de menthe & crème de cacao. We all enjoyed our beverages. To eat, I had a pepperoni pizza with a side of ranch. My daughter chose the margarita pizza and my son had the pulled pork sandwich. We also shared a bowl of their buttered popcorn. It was a fun evening.

I absolutely love this theatre. Food & movie? Yes please! Perfect for date night away from our baby. But we just found out they also offer Baby days to take your LO with you! So cute. My fav fav fav thing is the Truffle Parm popcorn! I neeeeed the recipe. I miss when it used to have Free Refills. But they've added a bunch of other recipes which would be cool to try. I was hesitant to try a salad from a movie theater (I know) but it was surprisingly very good! We've tried a bunch of other things on the menu over the years, but our go-to is always the chicken tenders. Chicken tenders with fries, popcorn, and coca-cola. Done!

Update: NEW MENU ITEMS New sauces and dry rubs for wings and tenders added. Gochujang Orange Chicken tenders- zesty, tender and flavorful. Comes with a side of sauce and side of ranch as well as fries. Some of the best chicken tenders I've ever had. I was very pleasantly surprised. Dill Pickle Buttered Popcorn-be careful with this new flavor, it's tasty but the seasoning can linger in your nose and make you sneeze. Salty and vinegary, this was a well-done pickle flavoring. Key Lime Pie Jar- this pie crust at the bottom of the jar was the best part. The custard had a nice texture and was very tart, but the lime needed to be punchier. Not too shabby, it was decent. "Josephine Baker" cocktail at Pandora's Box Bar- A Prosecco and banana flavored crafted cocktail inspired by vaudeville actress Josephine Baker. She was also a spy during WW2 and a political advocate. A tasty drink with a soft, subtle banana flavor. It was very pleasant to sip on whilst waiting for my showing.

Architecture in the pre-show for "The Brutalist".

I have to say, I am really excited about this location for a couple reasons: 1) The seats are electric recliners - very comfy!

They asked us what drinks we wanted when we got there because the mobile ordering system apparently tells them the sizes but not the actual drinks we ordered?!? It would have taken less time if we just ordered when we got there. The food and drink was just basic movie theater fare. Nothing fancy. The movie theater was good. The seats recline to almost flat. This is the place to suggest if you are being dragged to a movie you don't want to see. You can totally take a nap! Lol. Someone was having a medical emergency in the exit hallway when we tried to leave after the movie and, at first, we thought we were trapped. But the exit doors by the screen go to the parking lot and don't set off an alarm. All in all decent movie theater. But I prefer Alamo.

Maintaining those standards from eight years ago seems like a near impossible task. But to say things are the same would be a lie. When I do go to the movies, which isn't often anymore, I come here with its close proximity to where I live. Is it bad? Far from it. Is it great? Far from it. It's as middle of the road as it gets. I feel like you can come here and not interact with a single person. And when you do interact with them, it's like talking to a brick wall. Blank stares, general nods, minimal words being spoken, it's very robotic and dystopian. There is zero enthusiasm and for god's sake it's just weird!!! Pros for me include being able to order an alcoholic beverage and take it into the theater. Just like I'm watching at home. We came here over the holidays to see the second Wicked movie. To their credit, the theater experience is relatively sound. Big rows, nice seats where you can put your feet up, cupholders all around, etc. Even though they put up promotional posters and cutouts of big names and blockbuster movies, it seems like this place is slowly becoming extinct. Is it theaters in general? When I go to Alamo it's more exciting than this! Harkins, this is a call. A call to spruce the place up and make going to the movies exciting again. I think you can do it!

I'd definitely make the drive back for another special event. Customer Service & Security: The staff was great! Quick, organized, and super nice. Food & Price: Everything for this event was free, including a cool exclusive poster on the way out. We also tried the caramel Gourmet Popcorn. It was delicious and the portion (looked like a small/medium bucket) was plenty for two of us to share with leftovers. Atmosphere: The vibe was awesome. Lots of fans in Mando and Grogu shirts, people with lightsabers and masks. Oh and even a little Grogu doll. It was a fun crowd to be around. Seating (IMAX): These aren't reclining loungers, but the chairs are spacious and rock back and forth. They were still very comfortable for the screening. Overall: Great experience. That excitement hit another level once tickets went on sale--she fully came out! This movie took a different turn than the previous ones, which I actually appreciated. It wasn't just the same old storyline rehashed. That said, it did have its share of slow scenes that didn't always lead anywhere. While the dinosaur action was fun to watch--and let's be real, that's why we're here--it still only made the grade of a solid C overall. Also, I really wish they had offered it in 4DX/IMAX. Service was awesome! It was easy to order food, and had a server checking in with us respectfully during a movie. The alcohol dominates the menu, I don't drink so it was off putting to me. The theater is clean! The seats are worn out, my seat had the leather cracking. Not the biggest deal, but the small details matter; the more pressing issue is having a cup holder in between each seat. It makes sense when it's moving into the next section of paired seats, but it felt cramped & stiff unless I wasn't pulling up hard enough. All in all I'd recommend this spot!
