With all the hassle, fees, and uncertainty, his offer was solid, so I accepted. When the closing date came around and I still hadn't found a new place, JT postponed the closing and even got me in touch with a realtor to help me secure a new home. Thanks to that cushion, I found the perfect home, moved, and never had to deal with temporary housing or stress about my dogs. All in all, Myers Home Buyers was the best option out of everything I tried over the eight months including fsbo, every investment company and two realtors. I'll admit, I was scared it might be a scam, but it wasn't. I'm real, and you can find me on social media to verify that this story is legit. I'm writing this after my move-out, and there's no gain for me in sharing this--I just want others to know that JT was a better option than any investor or realtor I worked with.
