Ok back here again, and did not think I would be leaving another amazing review about this farm so soon. This weekend I took my mom for a mother daughter date and she's been wanting to come here. Since it was Easter weekend, the festivities were on and poppin! The kids were going down the huge slide with the potato sacks to several food trucks. We came for U-Pick sunflowers and strawberries. The strawberries this time around were wayyyyyy more ripe and vibrant than a month ago. Boy, was I so happy that we came when we did. My mom went crazy picking so many berries. Then we walked out into the field which the sunflowers were located. The sunflowers were so beautiful and had these large stems. They do give you scissors to cut them. The food trucks had a great variety from American to Jamaican. The food stand was even open and we tried their hand pressed lemonades and macaroons. I love this place and highly recommend making the trip out here when they are open! read more

This farm is such a perfect place for picking strawberries! They also have sunflowers and blueberries at other times of year, but I have only gone for the strawberries so far. The farm is huge with plenty of space to pick berries, and the berries are so fresh and delicious! They also have a cute little farm store that was so fun to look around in, and plenty of snacks, meals, and drinks to try! I got a strawberry milkshake, and it was genuinely the best milkshake I've ever had. I definitely recommend this place for a date, a hangout with friends, or even a little solo trip. It's a very relaxing activity and is a great way to get some sunlight. read more

My first time visiting this location and OMG, Love love love this pumpkin patch ! Great for a full day of games , pumpkin picking , sunflower picking , yummy food and drinks ! This location is so beautiful and deep in the country side. The drive alone was breathtaking . They have so much to do here for everyone. Nice shaded areas and play areas for kids. Great place to bring the family or even for a date . They have so much to do from potato sack sliding to sunflowers to pumpkin eater to corn maze and everything else. They have food truck vendors and a lemonade stand, milkshake and alcohol type drink stand. I enjoyed the gift shop and there were some handmade products like jams, pickles , fudge etc . Plenty of cute gifts for families in there. They gave free fudge samples and donut samples as well with helped me with picking out fudge to take home. This is a lot of fun for the whole family. There are a lot of activities for the kids to do while enjoying a day of berry picking. As you approach the field you can smell the strawberries and blueberries in the air. They do a free tractor ride that is fun for the kids and if you're an adult that thinks they can fit in the seat just go ahead lol. I can tell you I am over 6ft and just about got stuck in the barrel but it was a lot of fun. They sell drinks and food. I believe they also had a advertisement for something they do every Easter for the kids. My family and I were staying in Dunnellon Florida and we have always wanted to pick fruits. We decided to give this place a try and we weren't disappointed! They charge $4 a lbs and their staff were super friendly. When we got there it wasn't packed and there was a play ground for the kids to enjoy themselves along with duck races (rubber ducks) to play with. They also had a icecream/milkshake plaza where they also sell shirts. I tried there blueberry milkshake and it was so DELICIOUS and CREAMY! I also tried there slushee and it was so YUMMY I had to get another one. The experience itself was amazing and we really enjoyed ourselves. The peaches were so tasty and juicy and the blueberries as well! It was such a cool and fun experience that we would come back. At there cafe I had there donut and it was good along with the chicken sandwich salad! I really recommend this place to anyone who lives close or wants to do some fruit picking with their families. read more

A perfect summertime activity! My friends and I went blueberry and peach picking, then had lunch there! Their pulled pork sandwich is delicious. It said it was made with a blueberry barbecue sauce, but I could not taste any blueberry flavor. It still tasted great regardless. I also ordered the blueberry lemonade; not sure if something just went wrong with my order, but it tasted like water with a hint of blueberry. This place is a GEM. Hidden away in Williston, not only is it a lovely blueberry farm it has FOOD, yes what better than food after a day of picking bloobs. May I recommend the pulled pork sandwich? A sweet and tangy barbecue sauce topping juicy, tender pulled pork was the perfect balance. It was better than most barbecue restaurants I've gone to and may I say, it was worth going out to Williston just for the sandwich. The spot also has a lot of homemade sauces, jams, butter. I was disappointed this year. Last year they had plastic containers for your picked berries. This year we were sent home with the berries in plastic bags. Our berries were sorta mashed from the 4 plastic bags. We did not bring anything to put them in as we were going by last years boxes and plastic containers for the ride home. If we come back we will bring something to carry our berries home. Let's charge a little more and continue with the berry plastic containers instead of the plastic bags that have no support. Red, White & Blues Farm is one of the best places to visit in Alachua County. They have many different varieties of blueberries and tons of u-pick plants. They also have u-pick peaches! If you go to pick berries you have to stop by their food stand and try their blueberry lemonade, it's delicious! The blueberry cobbler was also very good, especially with the homemade whipped cream on top! It's a great family-friendly activity, and is a great way to do something fun while social distancing! read more

Went here for blueberry picking but was told that they had some peach picking available too! First my friends and I decided to tackle the blueberries. I recommend taking a picture of the color key post to know which rows of blueberries is what type. Because there are going to be rows and rows and rowssss of blueberries! Plenty of blueberries for everyone to pick. Definitely recommend putting sunscreen on and a hat because the Florida heat can be brutal when you are out there fruit picking. Although the staff said peaches are available for picking, he did mention that it is still early in season so some may not be ready. We were able to pick a few peaches and these were delicious! I still think about these peaches to this day, super juicy and the right balance of sweet and tangy. If you want to take a break from the fruit picking, they also offer food, drinks, and other items made from their farm for purchase. Overall, I highly recommend coming here for a fun outdoor activity. read more

I'm glad that we finally made the trip down here from Gainesville. The man who greeted us was very friendly, explained everything throughly, and pointed us in the right direction on where to start. I liked experiencing all the different varieties that they had available. I came here not liking blueberries that much but trying all these different kinds made me realize that I at least like some variation. After we picked our berries, it was easy to weigh and check out. The two ladies were very nice. The cafe didn't look open but I told them that I was looking forward to trying their blueberry lemonade and one of them got one for me anyway! The store that they have is really cute and the blueberry milkshake is LIFE CHANGING. I cannot stress that enough. I took my berries home and made a really amazing pie that is the culmination of my experience at the Red, White, and Blues Farm. read more

I really used to love this farm and picking blueberries before the change in ownership. Now the only blueberry picking is on weekends and usually requires you purchase a ticket just to get on the farm. Their new marketing strategy is unfortunate. We went here with a team from work to explore and take pictures. It was a great experience! Everyone was so friendly and the atmosphere was family friendly. It is so nice to have so much open space and beautiful flowers you can pay to pick and take home or just take pictures with the flowers. There are also a ton Of kids activities like jumping areas, play houses, exotic petting zoo, barrel train, hay ride, and a large slide. We had some of the best kettle popcorn I have ever had and the fresh squeezed lemonade was delightful! We also enjoyed the many options for photos and fun fall atmosphere. Have picked blueberries at other farms but this one is hands down the best run operation. Signage to the farm could be a little better, especially if not from the area, but it is easily located using most GOS apps. Ample parking, a playground for kids, bathrooms, ice cream, shakes and food. Staff is friendly and informative. When you arrive you are given a chest harness to hang your bucket on so both hands are free to pick and eat while you pick. A full bucket is about 6 pounds. They encourage you to eat while you are picking but be aware that they weigh you going in and coming out.....just kidding. They have several varieties read more

Just picked blueberries here for about the 4th year. It had just rained and was cool and probably the best weather ever. The blueberries looked like grape vines with huge clusters. I probably ate as many blueberries that I actually paid for. This is an annual family outing. This year we had 8 people and now we have enough fruit for all of spring. This was the first that provided picking harnesses and buckets, wow what a huge positive difference. Freeing up both your hands to pick blueberries. One to pick with one to eat with. Another note, we asked if we needed to wash the blueberries due to pesticides. They said while they do spray they stop using pesticides 6 weeks prior to harvest, and that water everyday plus with rain the blueberries are ready to eat right off the bush without washing. Awesome family activity!! My mom, dad, my 4 year old niece, and I had so much fun on this family outing. We were so bored and in search of a social distancing friendly activity to get us out of the house. I saw a couple of other people posting about this place on instagram and I decided that we should give it a try. As soon as we arrived we picked up two buckets and headed towards the front of the field where there were not many people but PLENTY of blueberries. We all had so much fun filling up our buckets and working together to collect the berries. We may have snuck in a few bites as a snack while we were working hard! I liked how at the front there were a few people explaining the different types of blueberries and answering any questions. I also really liked how the picking was independent. There was a little stage area where my niece had fun singing and dancing around while we waited in line to pay for our blueberries. To fill up our two buckets, it was $44. Remember, you are also paying for the experience. To cool down we ordered the blueberry lemonade which was yummy and refreshing. The day after, I made some blueberry muffins with our freshly picked blueberries, they were SO GOOD. I highly recommend Red, White, and Blue Farms as a great family friendly activity! read more

Omg!! Today was such a beautiful day and we decided to come here for the 1st time. We drove 45min there and well worth it. My husband, me and our 2 year old daughter had a great time. Who knew there was so many types of blueberries! I didn't even know I even liked blueberries that much. The cafe had good food. Beautiful sunflowers. Small play area for kids. I love Red, White, & Blue farm. We have taken the grandkids blueberry picking two years in a row. They have so much fun picking up and down the rows. I like the different varieties of berries, and the fact that one may wander all over and try the different types and eat as much as you want while picking. We picked berries a few weeks ago and didn't have as many as we would have liked because the day was just too hot, so we bought some of the berries that the staff had picked. It was a fun day and we had the berries we wanted. Fun place to go with the kids! read more

This was my first time at a blueberry farm. I'm not sure if they're all this amazing, but this place was so well-kept and such a fun experience (not to mention the blueberries here actually made me like blueberries when I've never been a fan in the past - sweet and tart like a grape and NOT meal-y!) you don't need to bring a bucket, they provide them along with a reverse backpack strap type thing, which was great because it lets you have both hands free. There were plenty of blueberries to pick and different kinds, too. I think we picked 6 pounds worth and our total was like under $20 I think. We had more than enough and our buckets barely looked filled. They also have a little store where you can buy their homemade honey and things like that. We tried their homemade blueberry lemonade and it was amazing! We went in May in the middle of the afternoon and it was so hot, but up where the rows of blueberries are there's an open air shelter thing for their watering system so we were able to stand under that to cool off for a little without having to walk all the way back to the main building.
