The driver kept getting randon calls from someone, he kept asking us for our address even though he had it plugged into his map. He made a wrong turn and accused us of giving him wrong instructions, he asked for the house number and when we repeated it clearly three times, he told us to just describe the house features. Hello, I've been a…read morecustomer of Maritime Bus for over 10 years and never used to have issues, until recently. On July 20th 2024, I rode the bus. I was on the phone with a family member and the bus driver told me that I had to get off the phone because he didn't want other passengers hearing me. I wasn't being loud and I wasn't being disrespectful, I was just trying to tell the bus driver that he couldn't kick me off the bus for something I didn't do. Two passengers started to cuss me out and threaten me. I asked the bus driver if they were also going to get kicked off for being hostile, but he ignored me. The passenger who threatened me proceeded to assault me and the bus driver, nor any of the passengers, did anything about it. When I received a response from customer service, they also rejected my complaint and basically told me it was all my fault. If your bus driver is an older man, with bright blue eyes and a baseball cap, beware and be careful. - Gabriel

Sharing our HORRIBLE experience with Town Limo 1181 Hollis Street, Halifax, NS (902)456-6345…read more This past weekend was my nieces wedding, back on September 9th we contacted Town Limo and booked their services for the evening of the Wedding, to transport our guests from the wedding venue back to the hotel. We communicated via phone call, AND email back and forth multiple times. The company sent us the credit card authorization form for 50% deposit, which clearly states the booking date. (October 4th). Fast forward to Saturday, October 4th, night of the wedding. 11:40pm rolls around and guests are starting to ask where the limo bus is, we had booked the bus from 11pm - 2am, to do runs from the venue to the hotel. I called the company multiple times and got no answer. Finally after calling nonstop, they answer (clearly being woken up from my calls) They immediately deny that they had a booking for that night, and deny having a booking under our name at all. Keep in mind i have the form sent over FROM their company with all the booking info that THEY wrote up, directly in front of me. So i start reading him exactly what it says, he quickly back pedals and says "oh, that sounds familiar but we missed that booking, Sorry" I very kindly asked that he immediately send the limo bus, as our guests were needing to get back to the hotel. He advised me they are located too far away from the venue & hotel, so he would not be sending the bus. I reminded him that they were charging us an additional $400+ tax Traveling cost due to the location AND that we technically had them booked until 2am, so we were fine with it being 2hrs late, as long as they could get our guests safely back to the hotel at some point that night. They flat out refused. They are offering us our money back for the service they didn't provide, but are refusing to take blame, or cover ANY of the $2,500 in UNUSED hotel rooms we are out, due to their negligence. The biggest issue here, is that they left over 50 people who had been drinking stranded. This could have ended VERY badly had any of those guests got behind the wheel. This is just a warning if you're looking to book Town Limo, think twice!
