They provided laughing gas for all of my cavities and I didn't feel a thing. They put the laughing gas before they even injected me to numb my mouth so it was incredible I have never been to a dentist like this. Then I went in to get my wisdom teeth removed and I they gave me pills 45 minutes before the procedure and the next thing I new I was waking up in my bed at home. I don't remember a thing. When I say I felt no pain at this dentist I am in awe that a dentist visit be painless. (Obviously I was traumatized as a child by a previous dentist) Before I came to this dentist I had gone to another dentist in pearland and they were pressuring me to get all veneers and even without the veneers they quoted me about 4 times more than what I paid here. Lastly the staff was beyond helpful and courteous. They explained everything they were doing and didn't even mention anything about it being years since my last visit. The dentist was kind enough to tell me when he would be saying more technical terms to the assistant and didn't pressure me into anything. I made all the decisions on my own about what i wanted done and he was able to avoid putting crowns in. I'm very happy.

Everyone here was nice and Laura was my hygienist who did my cleaning and X-rays. She was really kind and friendly. It's cool that they have tvs positioned above you so you can watch Netflix or other shows while you're at your appointment. They also have a portable X-Ray camera, which I've never seen before, and thought that was really cool. Definitely recommend!

I had an implant in the past but the Dentist I went to retired so I ended up going to his former partner. There was a definite lack of communication between Dr. Flannagan and the implant dentist. Dr. Flannagan also had a hard time matching crowns. Did a bridge and a crown at the exact same time and they are different shades. I would think if they were done together they would match especially since I was charged top dollar for them.

What bothered me most was feeling that my concerns were not handled in a way that gave me confidence or peace of mind. The matter eventually became serious enough that I pursued it through the legal system. I'm sharing my personal experience so other patients know how important it is to ask questions, request copies of their records, understand exactly what materials and procedures are being used, and get an independent second opinion if something doesn't seem right. They were nervous when we attended the first time but that went away quickly after Jennifer made them feel comfortable and made the experience silly and fun. We don't live near the area but will continue to make the commute to this dentist since my family, especially my kiddos enjoy our semi annual teeth cleaning sessions.
