What a fun spot to have some R&R with the girls :) We each got two different sessions - I had a facial and then a massage. I really liked my Asian gua sha facial. It was cooling on my face and I got a lot of hydrating treatments. My massage was also really relaxing and my masseuse focused on my problem spots (my shoulders for sure). I would probably come back again for a massage. I think the facial was a little basic so I would opt for a more specialized facial next time.

Wow can't believe the reviews! Maybe under new management?!…read more I was at a medical appointment and decided to look for a massage that I could have been fully closed. Usually, this is a specific type of facility and this one was exactly what I was looking for As you walk in, there are lounge chairs about 10 and then there are about five massage chairs to the other section. The cash register is in this area and then there's a closed area with I assume separate rooms for private massages. I had the 30 minute chair and 30 minute lounge Jack was my masseuse and he had very hard pressure But I had a knot in my shoulder for over a month and I just wanted relief He was very thorough and worked every night I had the chair is basically massaging your back and arms and hands and a little back of your leg but not much. I was very happy with this 30 minutes. Then I moved over to the lounge and he worked my head and shoulders and upper back area and then went to my feet which he had very firm pressure which I enjoyed as if it's too late I become ticklish and then he did about five minutes on my arms and hands which I could've went for more Well, this will be more of a drive for me. The 2 of us did a UV sauna (which was really new to me, but you can select your settings for either muscle tension release vs overall relaxation etc at they combine the light, with soothing music, and nice dry heated sauna setup). We followed this up with a facial. THIS WAS MY FAVORITE PART! They did a customized facial asking questions about my skin quality and doing a mini-assessment right on the spot. The facial was like a mini massage, gentle chemical peel (my sensitive skin did really well), extraction of blackheads, and moisturizing/oxygen mask all in one. Then we finished the AM with a full body massage! These are always amazing, but I felt very comfortable with such professional care and the ability to direct pressures and areas of focus for my masseuse. With all of these services, there was no wait, we hopped seamlessly from room-to-room while wearing my overstuffed cozy spa robe and provided flipflops while someone else transported our bins of personal items alongside us. Honestly, I felt so spoiled and taken care of. I don't often splurge on things like this and you always want to be sure it is worth it.... Tree of Life is worth it! I left there feeling so refreshed and my bestie and I will definitely be back for next girls day!

For the value I thought it was worthwhile especially with how easily they could fit you into the schedule. I felt a bit badly that it seemed like the woman giving the massages was also handling the front desk, but she had smooth system that worked our pretty well. When she finished with the last person showed me my room and then went back out to finish their payment. I thought the pressure and style was good for what I requested. I said I was ok with deep tissue, but I think she went a bit lighter it being my first time there. I thought it a bit odd that they didn't do any questions initially, but I also know most masseuse's can tell what your body needs so I usually leave it up to them to work on what needs to be done. Though I thought she went light on me, I had my typical response of being a bit sore the next day, but I just kept hydrating and moving. Overall I had a positive experience though it wasn't exactly what I'd expected.
