I recently had a slab leak which is about the worst news you can get as far as plumbing problems. I first had a plumber out who misdiagnosed the problem and proposed cutting up te wall in what ended up being the wrong spot. I researched online and called Amazing Leak Detection. Terry was prompt and very courteous. He found the problem quickly and repaired it efficiently with no surprises or unexpected problems. The problem was fixed and for a very fair price. He was very consciensciouss about helping me get the work done well while not costing any more than it had to. This will be the first place I call for any other plumbing needs. read more

Called them after reading good reviews and when the lady answered at 8:30am she sounded like I woke her up, could be wrong. She told me the leak detection was $300.00 and I had her schedule the appointment, which she got me a time that day, which I was thankful for. The tech, can't remember his name but is very nice and explained the process to me as he was testing, showed up but didn't have all the equipment he needed so he came back the next morning and did a static test on the sewer line and found it to be leaking and said it needed to be looked at with a camera and that's an extra cost. I told him that when the lady answered the phone and she told me that it was $300 to find the leak and he just said I apologize that's an extra charge so I was not real happy about that. I believe as a business she should have told me all of the facts upfront so I could make an informed decision on whether I wanted to use that company or not. So, if you're looking for leak detection, make sure you ask all of the questions so you don't have to pay extra costs you're not expecting to. read more

I've had an off and on problem with the pool leaking. I've had two other companies in the past who've tried to find the problem with no success. Terry and Michael came out and were right on time. They are a great team. Turns out there were two problems. They are going to fix the skimmer leak and do a temporary fix on the crack in the bottom of the pool. They will set up a company to do the permanent repair. This was a great experience. While this is a big deal, they were really good at explaining the problems, options for fixing things, and are very reasonable. Use these guys if you have a pool leak. read more

They were fast to respond and found my leak at first try . Also the whole team Terry and his son were polite and caring and cleaned up after their job was done ! Very respectful people and friendly . I consider Melinda my friend now and we talk often . I would highly recommend them !!! Call them first !! Their price is the cheapest of any I called ! read more

After calling around to many places & have a few pool companies visit & even fail to even lead us in the right direction, we found Amazing Leak Detection. Michael helped us & is an outstanding communicator, highly specialized at his job, & very kind. He made sure I understood all my options. Their rates were better than other companies, & honesty 100. Highly recommend this company. read more

Amazing staff and service. They got me scheduled asap for a leak detection on my pool and found my issue immediately. Great price and quality service. I definitely recommend them. read more

I called this company to schedule service for a leak I couldn't figure out. I got a quick response, described the situation, and the employee diagnosed my likely problem over the phone and told me that, although she was happy to schedule a visit, I'd probably save a lot of money by having the irrigation checked before using them. Yep, it was the irrigation, and that advice saved me at least a couple hundred bucks! I really appreciate honest, knowledgeable, and responsive professionals, and will definitely use this company if needed in the future. read more

Had them come out on January 11th 2019 for a leak in the laundry room. They charged me $300 to supposedly fix the leak. It did not fix the leak and called another company who found the leak in another area and informed me what they did in my laundry to fix the supposed leak was wrong and against code. I paid another plumber to fix the problem and repair what they did wrong. Amazing leak referred me to a dry way repair guy also who flaked so nothing good for me to report on Amazing Leak Detection and I will not call them again. read more

They showed up on time and did the job they said they would (they did find the leak in my pool) and were friendly and courteous. I don't know what else you could ask for. My wife was very comfortable talking with the technician after the job was finished (I had to leave in the middle of the appointment), and everything was explained well. They have also quoted a very reasonable price for the repair (the repair is separate and explained from the beginning). read more

We LOVE these guys! We've been working with them for a couple of years now because we have an older pool. They are honest, capable, professional and dependable! Can't say enough good about them. I will continue to use them as long as I need a leak guy!! read more

I found Amazing Leak Detection on Yelp and so glad that we did! Mike came out and detected our pool leak right away. Mike and Joe came out and worked on the repair and did a great job. We highly recommend this local business they did a quick assessment and first class repair. Thank you ! read more

Mike showed up on time, and was very courteous and professional. Listened to me babble about the problem I was having with my pool and tracked down the leak. Very happy with the service. read more

Our pool was leaking and we hired them to find it. They did and it ended up being the auto fill. We hired them to fix it and they did a great job. They finished in approximately 5 hours and everything is working great. The process was very simple and seamless. Communication was great and they were on time each day they came out. I believe it was Joe and Mike who we dealt with the whole time. Everything was great, highly recommended! read more

Joe and Michael did an excellent job in providing a temporary fix to our pool leak last summer because the pool couldn't be drained due to the heat harming its plaster. They returned last week to do the permanent repair. As always, they were prompt and did another excellent job in completing the repair and getting our pool back to "normal". We're very happy with the results and will not hesitate to recommend Amazing Leak Detection!!!!! read more

Joe found the spot of what was determined to be a slab leak after having been assured by another plumber that it wasn't a slab leak. Terry came out to inspect and told us the plan to repair. He and Caleb properly repaired the leak in the least invasive manner, with the least disruption to our house. The price was very reasonable. He explained every part of the process and some changes he had to make to adapt to the situation. I highly recommend this company. This is a small family owned business that is highly responsive to its customer. read more

Showed up 3 hours late, without equipment to do the job,had to return and after 6 phone calls and 8 emails, finally got a written report for my home warranty company. Very unprofessional company. When you call there are kids screaming in the background, and lots of lame excuses. A horrible experience read more

The guys came out and pinpointed two areas in my pool that were leaking. This would have otherwise been a 5 star review, but the estimate to repair the leaks was by far (astronomically) the highest bid that I received. Happy to have had them come out for the diagnosis though and would recommend again. read more

We had a great experience with Amazing Leak Detection. Mike came out and located the source of our pool leak. He was very thorough and made sure to explain everything to us. He gave us all the options in regards to the repair and answered all our questions. I would highly recommend calling them to resolve any leak issue. read more

The whole crew at Amazing leak is great. They were very hard working, dependable, and got our complex pool leak fixed right. I wouldn't hesitate to refer my family or friends to Joe and Terry and their crew. read more

If you schedule to come at my house between 9am and 10:30 on a Tuesday when I should be working and you don't bother showing up... You just cost me my day, and more money than you were going to charge me in the first place. Rude, unprofessional and very disappointing. Don't waste your day waiting for a company that doesn't bother showing up read more

Joe and Mike were very thorough while doing the leak test on my pool and took a good amount of time explaining what the issues was. We just had our pool re-done (literally the entire pool) but I really wish I would have called these guys out prior to starting that process as they could have told me exactly what needed to be done in terms of sealing up the concrete part (the shell) of the pool. Thank you for helping me, I will keep you guys posted on how things go! read more

I had a pool leak and called them to diagnose where it was leaking. Mike and Joe came out and found the spot within 10 minutes and gave me estimate to fix it. Terry and Kayleb came out 2 days later and fixed the cracked fitting in the suction line. All 4 of them were extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. They explained everything clearly and their pricing was very fair. I honestly couldn't have asked for anything more. They are true professionals in every sense. Its no wonder they get such excellent reviews. I wish every business operated like theirs. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with them. read more

These guys looked like they had good reviews so I hired them to address an issue with my pool. The issue was misdiagnosed twice with repairs being done on other items along the way. In the end we had to hire another company to fix the issue for us who had the correct diagnostic equipment. read more

Amazing Leak Detection lives up to Its name! We had a pool Leak - not your standard cracks but a suction line leak. Thought our entire pool would need to be dug up. Stephen from Amazing Leak came out and pinpointed the leak in a very short time. Then a few weeks later he came back out to fix it. Great worker. Knowledgeable and friendly. Spent time answering my husbands questions ions. We were more than impressed!! Great work. Reasonable prices. I'd never use anyone else!!!!! read more

I have an elderly client who had a leak out by her pool. I saw the other good review that Amazing Leak Detection, called for pricing (lower than others I had found) and decided to recommend them to her. They came out right away and detected and fixed her leak and she was VERY pleased. read more

Joe did a great job of isolating my pool pipe leak and fixing it without digging up my entire patio. I couldn't be more pleased with the entire process. The work was done quickly, professionally, accurately, and at a very reasonable price. I hope my pipes never leak again but if they did I would call Amazing Leak Detection in a heartbeat. read more

Very good experience. Terry was very informative about leak detection, he solved my problem, and the price seemed reasonable given the complexity of the job. read more

We hired Amazing to fix pool leaks. The original detection did not discover a major leak my husband found on his own. We had them replace and reroute all pipes from our pool. They left trash and debris In the yard I had to pick up. We called them back out to smooth out the part of the yard they dug up which they did the next day. We also had to have them fix the concrete they had initially done a poor patch job on. We had Perry's come out and fix some of the pipe connected to the pump that was done poorly. Terry did finally come out and assured the concrete was patched properly. It took three weeks to get it fixed, which is unfortunate, but Terry did ensure we were happy in the end. read more

I want to clarify that I have not bought their service yet, but when I called she asked me several questions and gave me several pointers on what to do next. Turns out we had to call our landscaper to look at our irrigation system but the fact that they saved me money and didn't try to rip me off says a lot about this company! I will call them if I ever need any of their services and I would recommend them to anyone! read more

Don't use this company. I have a leak under my foundation. I called them and they came out and ran some test with a instrument that records decibel levels at my faucets. They determined the line the leak was from and said they would get back to me about the repair. I heard nothing from them. I called them several times and they finally said the owner did not want to get involved in my repair. They never marked the pipes so I was not able to use the results of their tests. I paid $200 the day the technician came. I am out my $200 and I still have to have my leak detected. Very unethical. read more

Thanks to Terry and all his staff for their expertise. From the first call made to the final cleanup...prompt, courteous, knowledgable and efficient. Kept me updated on any schedule changes; explained process of what would be done, estimated time schedule,,etc. Great job. Thank you! read more

We used Amazing Leak Detection to find a leak under our floor. Terry arrived that afternoon as scheduled and quickly found the main was leaking halfway under the house. I asked him where to from here? He gave me suggestions, with no drama or pressure. I asked if he could do the job. he said yes,he could start the next day. We worked out a very reasonable bid and rerouting of main water line and all exterior hose bibs was accomplished in a couple of days. Terry also did a followup check later in the week to be sure all was OK. We have used them once since then for another job, same results. Will always use or recommend Amazing Leak Detection for plumbing problems. Honest, Reasonable,Professionable, with no drama. read more

Did an awesome job - found the issue and was able to cap off the line that had the leak. He saved me thousands of what another company would have charged. Highly recommended! Very honest and easy to work with. Thanks!! read more

My wife and I can't say enough about Amazing Leak Detection. We were very skeptical of several companies that we had out to our home to detect a water main leak running out of both sides of our driveway and into the street. Fortunately, we felt confident from the start as soon as we talked to Terry and his wife from Amazing Leak Detection. They were very attentive, extremely helpful, and alleviated much of the stress that we had knowing we had a major repair on our hands. Terry was able to come out to our home immediately, and he and his team were able to find and repair the leak quickly and efficiently. To top it off, their price was much less than 3 other companies we received quotes from. Amazing Leak Detection is an extremely honest company that we would highly recommend to anyone with any type of leak. Don't be fooled by other "leak detection" companies; Amazing Leak Detection was the only one that actually came out and found the leak right away. The other leak detection companies took a look at the leak and then told us that they had to call "their guy", which means most of them don't do any actual leak detecting. We found that many companies advertise that they do leak detection, then end up contracting the leak detection out. This is a terrible practice when you are dealing with property damage and in a hurry to get the job done! We are very satisfied customers and will use Amazing Leak Detection any time the need arises. Thank you Amazing Leak Detection! read more

Amazing Leak Detection - Trench for my new water main. Terry laid a new pipe with a 25 year warranty. - Plumbing Near Me - Glendale, Arizona

What a wonderful company. They were prompt in arranging a time to come out and very honest, when they didn't find a problem. I had had a slow leak, causing my water bill to go up, but was related to an under the sink filtering system, which was fixed. Amazing Leak Detection investigated thoroughly and said it was fixed, charging only a trip fee. How wonderful to have honest people doing a wonderful job. Mark T. read more

I had a leak in my sprinkler system that my irrigation repair guy said was probably underneath my driveway. He told me to hire a leak detection service to make sure. I read the reviews on Yelp and decided to go with this company. They beat several competitors' prices. I met with Terry, the owner, and immediately was impressed at his knowledge and his explanation of the detection process. In no time, Terry located the leak which was unfortunately, as predicted, under the slab. Terry was very professional, and I would definitely recommend him to all of my friends and family. Big thumbs up! read more
