Called them after reading good reviews and when the lady answered at 8:30am she sounded like I woke her up, could be wrong. She told me the leak detection was $300.00 and I had her schedule the appointment, which she got me a time that day, which I was thankful for. The tech, can't remember his name but is very nice and explained the process to me as he was testing, showed up but didn't have all the equipment he needed so he came back the next morning and did a static test on the sewer line and found it to be leaking and said it needed to be looked at with a camera and that's an extra cost. I told him that when the lady answered the phone and she told me that it was $300 to find the leak and he just said I apologize that's an extra charge so I was not real happy about that. I believe as a business she should have told me all of the facts upfront so I could make an informed decision on whether I wanted to use that company or not. I've had an off and on problem with the pool leaking. I've had two other companies in the past who've tried to find the problem with no success. Terry and Michael came out and were right on time. They are a great team. Turns out there were two problems. They are going to fix the skimmer leak and do a temporary fix on the crack in the bottom of the pool. They will set up a company to do the permanent repair. This was a great experience. I called this company to schedule service for a leak I couldn't figure out. I got a quick response, described the situation, and the employee diagnosed my likely problem over the phone and told me that, although she was happy to schedule a visit, I'd probably save a lot of money by having the irrigation checked before using them. Had them come out on January 11th 2019 for a leak in the laundry room. They charged me $300 to supposedly fix the leak. It did not fix the leak and called another company who found the leak in another area and informed me what they did in my laundry to fix the supposed leak was wrong and against code. I paid another plumber to fix the problem and repair what they did wrong. Amazing leak referred me to a dry way repair guy also who flaked so nothing good for me to report on Amazing Leak Detection and I will not call them again. read more

Don't use this company. I have a leak under my foundation. I called them and they came out and ran some test with a instrument that records decibel levels at my faucets. They determined the line the leak was from and said they would get back to me about the repair. I heard nothing from them. I called them several times and they finally said the owner did not want to get involved in my repair. They never marked the pipes so I was not able to use the results of their tests. I paid $200 the day the technician came. I am out my $200 and I still have to have my leak detected. Very unethical. read more

We used Amazing Leak Detection to find a leak under our floor. Terry arrived that afternoon as scheduled and quickly found the main was leaking halfway under the house. We hired Amazing to fix pool leaks. The original detection did not discover a major leak my husband found on his own. We had them replace and reroute all pipes from our pool. They left trash and debris In the yard I had to pick up. We called them back out to smooth out the part of the yard they dug up which they did the next day. We also had to have them fix the concrete they had initially done a poor patch job on. We had Perry's come out and fix some of the pipe connected to the pump that was done poorly. Terry did finally come out and assured the concrete was patched properly. It took three weeks to get it fixed, which is unfortunate, but Terry did ensure we were happy in the end. read more

recently bought a house with a pool that was needing to be filled everyday.
