I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Amazing Lash Studio. I paid almost $200 for a full set of lashes, and as soon as I left the studio, the lashes started falling off. By the next day, half of the lashes were gone, even though I followed all aftercare instructions exactly. Within two days, every single lash had fallen off. This was not normal shedding -- it was a complete failure of the service. I live in Houston, so returning to the studio was not convenient, and I essentially lost $200 with nothing to show for it. For the price charged, I expected professional-quality work and reasonable retention. I've been getting my eyelashes done for over five years. I wore extensions for several years, then switched to lifts for my natural lashes last year. Four days ago, I had my lashes lifted again, but I am very unhappy with the results. I understand not to get them wet for 24 hours and to avoid mascara for 48 hours--no problem. After my appointment, my lashes looked short, and based on previous experience, I knew the full results wouldn't be visible until I applied mascara 48 hours later. However, on Saturday night, before a black-tie event, I noticed my lashes were matted and kinked when I tried to apply mascara. Even now, as I write this review, they remain matted and kinked. I have been getting my lashes done here for almost 3 months going every 2- weeks and EVERY single appointment I've had I am called to reschedule and or change stylists. I'm not sure if it's the stylists, the receptionists or what but I have never had such difficulty to keep an appointment that they make themselves. I'm not one to complain about things especially on a review, but this is insane. I came into my appointment on Monday 8/11, Firstly you are told you will pay 99.99 for your set, nowhere on the website or booking did it mention that the price changes drastically with what style you want. It is very unclear on what style means what and how each style looks even with the picture book provided. Besides that, it took 4 hours to do a simple set. I have gotten the same lash style for YEARS and it has never taken over 2 hours. On top of that my lashes barely lasted two days before over half of them were missing. The pictures provided show 8/11-8/16, Every time I even gently brush them fans and fans of lashes just come out. Usually my lashes last me a MONTH. Everyone was nice and welcoming, but when you don't want the membership, it doesn't last long. I have attempted to reach and ask questions but I have gotten no call back. $205 dollars later and they didn't even last a week. Very disappointing. read more

This place is awful I absolutely do not recommend it Amy was at the desk, she told me that I was going to need to wear a mask for the entire two hours I had to lay there while getting my lashes done. First of all Amy's mask was under her nose. Second of all, no one told me this when I book my appointment. I have asthma I cannot lay on my back for hours with a mask on, it will literally put me into a asthma attack. She told me that I had to show her proof that I had asthma and that they didn't care and that I would have to wear a mask anyway. It's illegal for her to ask me for my medical records. When I told her that she didn't have the right to ask me for my medical documents she grab my arm and told me that I needed to leave. Yes she actually had the audacity to put her hands on me. There are many places you can go to get your lashes done, I do not recommend the studio. Update: I am now booked with another technician elsewhere and of course I asked about masks this time. She told me no masks required at her studio and It actually affects the retention because hot air coming out of the mask. It's no wonder amazing lash isn't so amazing and they have terrible reviews because lashes fall off so quickly. Makes sense....... read more

Your reply below is just a show to make it appear as though made sure to take care of your customer when in reality you don't care. 6/15/2021 I called to cancel my account at the Rockwall location and they placed my account on hold, they charged my account again a month later and when I called to ask they said they had left me a voicemail letting me know that my account was going to re instate. I never got the call or voicemail. The manager said they had the documented the day they called me but didn't know the time of the call! I can't believe I was charged again after I haven't been to see them in months. Don't use them they are deceitful and it's a huge waste of money read more

Im gonna start with this, I was looking on the internet 5* lash studio, and found it.....I was excited to go to that place to do my lashes but after the technician did my lashes that were hybrid and the y looked like a classic set! After taking a closer look when I got home I realized every other lash didn't have a lash extension, I like quality for my money!!! I suggest trying some place else to get your lashes done! I don't care about to get money back or something else I just wanna let you know is not that place to have get your lashes eyelash extensions done with a QUALITY!!!!! Love Amazing Lash! I've switched to this location from the Firewheel location (so close to home!) and have been really happy. Are you considering lashes for an upcoming fun event? Or just want to upgrade your daily look? Amazing Lash is awesome. I've been getting my lashes done for awhile now, and I can say that they DO last a long time. Do you need fills every few weeks to keep them looking perfect? Of course! But they definitely last a long time. They have different styles to choose from and everyone is super nice. I've giggled and talked the whole appointment sometimes and sometimes I fall asleep. The appointment takes around 30-45 mins so you'll have a great excuse to relax. If I could have any wish, I wish their beds are more comfortable. Something more ergonomic so you aren't laying flat on a hard bed would definitely be an upgrade. read more

No one has noticed them Update: I was not expecting Bree to call me to follow up on my set of lashes. After speaking with her and discussing my situation she offered for me to go back in and make it right. My husband and I had to leave the country to care for his father who was in the ICU. I froze my account prior to leaving and received a phone call from Amazing Lash 4 weeks later stating that they no longer allow accounts to be frozen and I could either close the account or reopen it. I chose to close the account due to the fact that we did not know when we would be returning to the U.S. However, when we returned, it was to find that I had been charged the entire time I was away. I don't understand why they wait until we are out of the country to say that they won't be keeping their written agreement with me to freeze the account. Both the salon manager and I signed the form allowing me to freeze the account, but nothing in writing was needed for them to begin charging my card again?!?! Seems suspicious to me. read more

This location is honestly one of the worst locations I have been to. I have been going to Amazing Lash Studio locations for 3 years and this location has cancelled 2 of my appointments for having "less than 50% of my lashes". I understand the policy and i'm not expecting perfection without giving the amount of time needed to get me there. I pick out my lashes and my other stylists have never had an issue with this. If anything they are making MORE money off of me because I am in every single week for a fill. With how fast appt slots fill up, cancelling an appt after you have walked in is absurd. Like I said I understand they have a policy but if no other location turns anyone away I just don't understand because now the stylist is losing money they could have earned from that appt plus any tips. read more

The first appointment I wasn't too happy with the end result, I told the technician I was accustomed to long lash extensions but she still gave me short lashes.. went back for a fill with a different technician and she made them longer but super skimpy... it looks as if I still need a fill... also I have lost nearly 10 lashes on one eye in a matter of 2 days... I visited Amazing Lash for my two week fill. I recently upgraded my membership from once a month to twice a month. I was expecting, at most, an up charge for volume, a tip, and an hour visit. At checkout, over two hours later, I was charged for a full set after the $119 membership fee was deducted from my bank account on the very same day. At checkout they asked me if I wanted to use the gift card on file. I declined because this is a Christmas gift I have yet to receive. The manager has her staff lie about your account options and attempt to bully you into paying more. I have been a loyal customer here well over a year. I had a few credits stacked up and asked to freeze my account (an option available via my contract with them). The front desk attendant had to ask the manager. The response via her staff member was "no, too many people have frozen their account right now so you cannot". I asked to speak to the manager directly. The manager couldn't even get up to come speak to me. So I had to have her staff member relay that it is clear in my contract that I can freeze my account at any time regardless of what other customers are doing. There is not a "branch wide freeze" limit in the contract so they need to freeze my account. The manager still wouldn't speak to me but agreed as if they were doing me a favor. Sticking to a legal contract is not a favor. I also have a family member who goes here who asked to have her account frozen months ago and they kept charging her. She called for a refund when she noticed the continued charges and they had her come in store to do the refund. After keeping her waiting for over 30 minutes, the manager relayed a message to her that they couldn't do the refund. They ended up bullying her into only getting a 50% refund even though it was completely their mistake..... and then gave her grief about it. All to say, the manager is shady, cowardly, and you better know the terms of your contract so that you can stand up for yourself or they will lie and take advantage of you. They already up charge compared to the plethora of individual stylists around Rockwall, so don't waste even more money with them! read more
