Worst service ever, asked for volume but the person working on me kept looking at the time, I watched the time when she started and it wasn't even a full hour, I asked that I wanted volume but she said that's all She can do in an hour, I called to speak with the manager and she was not even helpful she said we can't please everyone, I cancelled my membership and never going back.. watch out!! read more

The only reason I gave one star is because the stylist was good. The customer service here is God AWFUL. Watch your credit card carefully because they absolutely will try to over charge you and play like Steve Urkle "oops! did I do that?!" I blame myself because had I checked the reviews BEFORE I fell for their ad offer that they tried to do a bait & switch on, I wouldn't have gone there in the 1st place. I got a full set of classic lashes this morning and they were done beautifully. Unfortunately I was not charged what the website states or what I was told when it came time to pay. The website states "Get your first full set of Lash extensions for $79.99." When it came time to pay I was told my total was "$119.99". I asked the lady why it was that much because the website states it would be "$79.99" with your first full set. She said it's actually "$99.99" for your first full set and I said ok that's fine even though I know that is not what the website states. I was then still charged the price of "$119.99" and this was NOT including the tip. I feel like this was false advertising and I don't think I will ever be able to go back considering my lashes were done well. read more

The lashes were good but membership was not good experience. I was told by a manager that when I cancelled my membership any lashes I prepaid for would remain mine; however this was incorrect and they expired my sets. Be careful when signing membership because if you do not use them all and cancel you are at a loss. Very disappointing. read more

I just left from my appointment and unfortunately my experience wasn't too great either. I don't think anyone wants to be that person to cause a scene so I didn't but to begin I was quoted $99.99 then $120 and then walking out I was charged $260? Without communicating it to me in the process of it all with my lash artist I don't know what everything costs so I believe as you're being asked what type of lashes you're wanting they should communicate pricing as well also for a master stylist I had some lashes ripped out from them being glued to the under eye patch as she pealed them off I asked for a cat eye flirty look and walked out with something completely different I told her I have round eyes so a cat eye compliments me best but I didn't get that so for $260 with a master my eyes shouldnt be glued to the pad and I should be walking out with my desired look also walking to the register I had a few lashes fall off as I blinked like how could that be? I think maybe training should be top notch when it comes down to doing something like this in my opinion read more

My first appointment was with Sue for a lift and tint, and she did a great job. I requested her for my second appointment. When I showed up, she was not the artist I had been scheduled with. I went with extensions this time. I am new to extensions, so I had no idea what to expect or what was done correctly or incorrectly. This is where I had to trust the artist. Everything felt uncomfortable, and now I understand that the tape was probably misplaced and maybe some other things I'm not aware of because of my newness to this process. Since the tape was misplaced, my eyes watered a lot after the tape was removed. Even though I told them I wasn't sure extensions were for me, the lady at the front desk tried to sell my every product they offered, which I declined. It's been about two weeks since the appointment, and the lashes have become comfortable yet. When I close my eyes tightly, they pull and hurt. I am going to a different place to have them removed and will most likely not be returning to this location. Overall, the first experience was lovely, and the second was not pleasant in any way, shape, or form. read more

Started a membership about 6 months ago. After 3 months, I was unable to keep up with the lash up keep and frequency of visits due to my work travel schedule. I inquired about canceling with the studio and they told me I could freeze the membership. At that point I already had unused credits. A few weeks ago I realized the membership kicked back in when I saw the charge on my bank statement. I called to inquire about canceling and getting a refund, because my work and travel schedule was still unstable. The lady I spoke with told me she would send over the cancellation form and I would get a call after it was received. After about a week, I called the studio once again to ask about my refund. When I spoke with the studio director she told me they would not refund my money, the only option was to come in for services. I once again reiterated the reason I was canceling was because I am unable to go in. There was never any mention of not being able to get my money back or I would have never signed up for the membership in the first place. read more

if i could give this place negative stars i really would. really not trying to sound like a karen but this place is honestly not worth anyone's time unless you are going to Dynell. she is the only employee there who actually is amazing at her job and is an absolute angel. However, my last time there the woman who did my lashes took forever doing them because she kept leaving the room to talk to her friend, and was vaping and eating what seemed to be fortune cookies as she was doing my lashes!! when i looked at my final result it looked awful and uneven, one eye had an obviously more amount of lashes then the other. they were barely holding on and two were even glued to my bottom lash line. unfortunately i was in a rush so i ended up paying 154.99 for an atrocious set of lashes. (btw I should prob mention i removed them myself the same night). my plan was to talk to the manager the next day and just get a refund for this because there is no point for me to pay for this. the next day rolls around and i call up the place, I talk to a nice lady who tells me she needs to get in touch with someone above her in order to approve the refund. she tells me she will either email or call me the next day. *the next day*. i dont get either so i call them to check up on it and the same lady tells me she'll let me know the following day. nope. the following day i dont get either of those, again, instead, my calls just get ignored and i never got a response ever since. the point of this story is that if your employee fucks up at least have the decency to fix it or make it right, it's not even about the money at this point, it just doesn't make sense how unprofessional one can get. read more
