Paid over $200 and it's clear the lashes barely had any glue on them as they are falling off without any of my real lashes attached after 3 days. I arrived on time and was told that the technician would be with me shortly. First, the receptionist and who later turned out to be my technician spent the first 5 minutes I was waiting talking about after work plans of partying at The Battery. Not judging the plans, but highly inappropriate to be discussing in the lobby in front of customers. Then after waiting nearly 30 minutes past my appointment time I finally asked the receptionist how much longer I likely had to wait. With a deer in headlights look she said "uh, I pushed the button letting her know you were here" and then stuck her head around the corner and told the technician, who was sitting scrolling on her phone, that her client was here. The technician apologized offering some lame excuse that she confused me with her previous customer. Then after everything, she did a lousy job on my brows. First she didn't bother to ask for direction or what I wanted, she just started threading. When she handed me the mirror my brows were clearly very uneven. However one was much thinner than it should be and I wasn't going to have her continue and butcher the other just one in hopes of evening things out. I just told her they were fine and left. At checkout there wasn't a word from the receptionist on the wait time. I don't expect her to be micromanaging the technicians, however simply monitoring and realizing a customer had been sitting for 30 minutes past an appointment (especially for no reason) would have been nice. read more

Went to this place and got hybrid lashes. I waited and did not wash them (per instructions). When it was finally time to wash my face I did exactly as they told me. About 10 lash clusters fell off of each eye. I took a pic and sent it to them. They told me that it wasn't their fault and that my lashes were "too weak" for hybrid lashes. So I either had to either get classic lashes or mega volume. So I started forking it out for mega volume lashes that I didn't really love with a "master" stylist. I moved to another city and started going to a new place. Well wouldn't you know.. my lashes will hold hybrid lashes! They aren't too weak! My new place was like "yeah, that's not a thing. It would be really super rare to see that. They just weren't doing them correctly." Meanwhile at the Lash Lounge they were telling me how they had multiple clients whose lashes "wouldn't hold" hybrid lashes. So in summary, I wasted a lot of time and money with lashes I didn't love because this place convinced me that their failure was MY problem and not theirs. They're doing it to multiple people. She not only made my lashes look SO much better (such a big difference) but she also was so personable and made me feel extremely comfortable. So I got an initial set done here a few weeks ago. Thought it was pricey, but they had pretty good reviews. My initial set went on fine and looked good. One week later, and they had thinned considerably and were falling out. That doesn't seem right. Last time I had a full set done was 6 months ago at a different place. Their lashes looked good and stayed on for at least 2.5-3 weeks before the next fill. I went back today to get a refill. Had a different tech even though I had requested the woman from my first visit. Right away when she put the tape on my lower eyes, I felt so uncomfortable. My eyes were watering and it felt like the tape was going into my eye. I tried to wait it out for 5 minutes or so, but it was horrible and getting worse. I let the tech know, and she moved it down a little. It felt bearable but still uncomfortable. She didn't speak to me for the next 40 minutes...didn't check in on how I was doing or let me know what she was doing. At one point I asked her how much longer it would be. At several points I was going to tell her to just stop bc my eyes were twitching and uncomfortable. I went to the bathroom right after and the bottom of my eyeballs are red and irritated. Not good. I went to checkout and showed the tech and receptionist my eyes and asked if this was normal. The tech said it should go away in a few days. The receptionist seemed alarmed and told me to call back if it didn't go away...but offered no discount. Another thing I don't like about this place is that they ask you, out loud at checkout, if you want to leave gratuity. That should be your decision to make without feeling pressure of other customers and techs listening. They have a suggested gratuity chart listed and I think it's outrageous. It's like $55 suggested on an already super pricey service. Needless to say, I won't be going back to this place. read more

I visited their location for an eyelash tint, and my lash artist Courtney encouraged me to try a brow tint as well! I AM SO HAPPY I TRUSTED HER! As a natural red head, it is SO hard to find eyebrow makeup to match my hair color, and she did an amazing job matching my eyebrows to my natural hair!! I can't thank her enough - Courtney was so nice and she made sure that I felt taken care of every step of the way! The pricing structure was adequately priced for the services that were rendered and they also have monthly membership options as well! While I am fairly new to getting lashes done, I have been very impressed with my lashes from the Lash Lounge. They stay on for a full two weeks, easy to wash and clean when I'm washing my face, and I've had many compliments on how they look. The service providers are professional, careful, and knowledgeable. They are also very prompt in getting me to my appointment station on time and I'm out of there within 45 minutes to an hour. The packages are reasonable and I am completely sold. This place is a scam. They bait you by saying to call for your introductory full set but no one actually answers the phone. The prices listed are intentionally confusing and there is no way to ask questions. After leaving a message (in my case, 12 messages) a bot kept texting me informing me that someone would call. I have had my lashes done in NYC and LA multiple times and I am shocked that this place has a business license. They are using fraudulent communication methods that are deceptive to the customer. Go anywhere but here. I was especially disappointed in misinformation the manager Danielle kept spouting about the bot and the non existent real human phone line that is solely a voice mail. read more

The prices are higher than advertised. They should at least put the "over $200 dollars every two weeks" in their ads. instead, they wait until you are in the chair. My Lash Lounge in Florida and one in Nashville offer the same level of service at between $75 (fill in) and $169 (full set). When I asked about it, I am told these shops are independently owned - the owner sets the prices. Fine, I'll go elsewhere. If you were proud of your prices, they would be posted up front. The membership is interesting - you pay it monthly, and in return you get only a small amount off your fill ins. read more

I had my lash lift done here and was very pleased with the results. However, I had also scheduled a lash tint for that same appointment and when I arrived, they told me they were out of the black tint. When they notified me a few weeks later that the black tint was in, I scheduled an appointment. I confirmed that they tint both upper and lower lashes, and that tinting would make them look like I was wearing mascara. My natural color lashes is dark brown/black, but my lower lashes don't show up without mascara. The procedure didn't take long, and when the stylist was finished, I had to ask for a mirror to see the results. And when I saw my lashes, I was very disappointed. I didn't see any difference in my lower lashes; they still weren't visible. The stylist told me that was because my lower lashes were very fine. The Lash + Brow Tint flyer that I had picked up in the salon said tinting "is for you if you have fine lashes or eyebrows." I wish the stylist had assessed my lashes before she began tinting them and been up front with me about the likelihood of the tint not working for my lower lashes. I feel I wasted my money on this procedure. The salon is very nice, quiet and comfortable. I would recommend this place for the lash lift, but not for the lash tint. read more

I had an appointment for a refill and had a death in the family and had to call and explain to then I can't get them at this time and also had to take my kids to college so it was a difficult time. When I called with to explain why I had to cancel and the person answering the phone was very nice., I just called to make the appointment knowing it's been well over 2 weeks ( prepared to pay extra) and she ( a young non empathic girl) said I would have to pay $ 240. When my initial price was 109 or 120. Talk about losing a customer. I feel bad for the technicians who aren't getting the business. Will not be going back! read more

I tried the Alpharetta Lash Lounge location as a new option, before leaving town. When I left my appointment I immediately noticed half of my left eye was significantly shorter than the right side and did not transition flow with the full eye. When I called back to let them know they said it was their policy only to fix the mistake. I was on my way to an engagement and did not have time, then reiterated that we would be leaving town. I was told a correction was the best they could do. The next day I received a call asking for photos showing my concern. After the manager reviewed my photos they could not see my points of concern and again offered only a correction. I reiterated again that I was leaving town and did not have time. What I was hoping for was a partial credit however no agreement was made. In my opinion when paying for a service we should not have to take the time or inconvenience to go back for corrections, service and products should be satisfactory as promised. i would of been happy to try the service again with maybe a more experienced tech but based on business ethics I will not be returning. read more

We scheduled a hybrid level 2 and were not told that they were changing it to a level 1 until I went to pick up my daughter and pay. We would have gone elsewhere had we been told before the appointment. It was confirmed as a level 2 when we checked in. We were 7 minutes late due to being unable to find the location and we were told that was fine. Only after I had paid did I get a message that my appointment service had changed. Went for a lash lift and was informed that they would not be able to perform it due to over processing that occurred at my previous lift at their location. While I appreciate them not performing the lift in order to not damage my lashes, The customer service situation about the error on their part was awful. I was made to feel as if they were doing me a favor by not charging me for the visit that day when not only did they not do anything the reason they couldn't do anything is because the last time I was there they overprocessed my lashes. Absolutely nothing was offered to make their error correct. A free service or any sort of serum to put on the lashes to help them heal from the over processing that they did. I will not be returning and will definitely be telling anybody who asks me not to go there. read more

I've been getting my lashes done for years. Typically they stay on 3-4 weeks. If one schedules a refill within that time period, they are charged for a refill. Makes sense, right? Not for these scammers. With lashes still on from a few weeks ago, I made an appointment for a REFILL. I checked in with the front desk for a REFILL. I checked in with the tech as a REFILL. When I checked out, I was shocked when she told me it was $300 (plus tip). This is DOUBLE the price of the initial set. When I questioned this amount, I was informed that I needed to have at least 50% of my lashes on for it to count for a refill. But not only do they charge you for a full set- they charge you DOUBLE of the first set. This is a blatant scam. The policy was not communicated in either my initial encounter with any of the staff or my follow up. Upon first visit and subsequent check in this should be made apparent. $300 plus tip for a lash refill is silly. Especially because it is so meh. read more
