First, if I could leave 0 stars I would. This is the worst "amazing" lash studio I have ever been too. I went in about two weeks ago with my daughter the ladies were extremely unprofessional, they were on their phone as I was talking to them, one of the girls was even eating that's so unsanitary and unprofessional. I was so disappointed by my experience and would not recommend this to anybody, 0/10! This such a bad reflection of their management and whoever runs this specific location. read more

I got a full set and they were falling out in a matter of a day and then came back and had them fixed. Came back for a refill and the technician was 20 mins late and then told me I needed another full set and she didn't have time..... even though it was in the window for a refill because the last two who did my lashes did such a bad job that I already had to pay for a full set again. Two horrible experiences back to back. I canceled my membership. Which was pointless anyway because they don't do a good job and you have to pay for a full set when it should be a refill. The technician should have made time to do a full set but said she could do what she could but I'd have to sign something if she did that..... what awful customer service. Do yourself a favor and pay a little extra somewhere else rather than have to pay for a full set every 2-3 weeks. read more

I went and when I first got my eyelashes they weren't what I expected. So I called and I spoke with Chloe and they had me come in to have a master stylist work on my eyes. It wasn't a great fit so I went back out and I spoke to Front desk and explain to them I wasn't very happy. They said come on back and they put me in touch with Karina, she is an amazing stylist absolutely amazing. I go back in two weeks to get them checked but I must say they are absolutely what I expect them to be on my eyelashes and more. I highly recommend going in and talking with the stylist to see if it's a good fit for you but I definitely would recommend Karina check out my eyelashes and let me know what you think. She did an amazing job and I definitely will be back to have Karina take care of my lashes. Thank you Chloe for all your help you're great. read more

When I came here originally I left with a full set that I was not happy with and they called me and asked me if I would come back in to get the set fixed. They very kindly fixed it my set and did not charge me!! If you have an issue with your set please talk to them about it! I went into amazing lash today to get a full set and was at first extremely disappointed. the first picture shows what my first lash specialist considered a "full set". My session was very rushed, only lasted about an hour versus the two hours a full set usually takes, and as you can see they were extremely spaced and thin (she missed the entire inner corner of my eye). at first I was very disappointed but after speaking on the phone with an employee they were able to book me a correction appointment with no problem. The second lash specialist did an amazing job and corrected my lashes to what I had expected the first time around! I love amazing lash but I feel that the newer lash specialists should be trained a little better to avoid this from happening in the future. read more

You can BARELY tell I just spent $100 on a lash lift. I used to go to a spa in New Braunfels before my lash girl moved states away, and I would come out with a stunning lift that would last me weeks for only $65. I had my lashes done for a conference I was headed to, unfortunately, I could only get in the night before I left. The lashes did not stay and fell out that night. For whatever reason whenever I blinked, I would lose lashes. When they called to check on me, I let them know, and even though I couldn't get back in until after my conference which was past their three day check, they gave me a complete redo, with no questions asked. The second set has lasted so well and is beautifully done! Everyone there has been so kind and understanding, and very professional. I wasn't sure how I was going to handle this, but it was never an issue. 100% recommend, great service! read more

I was just not terribly impressed here. I am a lash veteran and have been wearing them for years, so I've had a lot of experiences. I got a full set and was really disappointed with how thin and sparse the "full" set was. It looked like the point at which I would normally get a refill! I called the salon and they made an apt for the next day to fix my lashes. They did look better, but having to come back is a bit of an inconvenience. I decided to give them another try and tried to get a refill appointment. They couldn't accommodate me for a long way out! By the time they could get me for a refill it would have been an upcharge for losing too many lashes. I made an appointment to have them removed tomorrow and have an appointment elsewhere to try again Tuesday. Oh well. read more

I went to get my eyelashes lifted and tinted and they literally crimped my eyelashes so that they curled directly backwards and you couldn't even see them. They burnt off a week later. I called them asking for a refund for my $90 because I now have no eyelashes and they said no. I would not recommend this place. read more

This place is ridiculous. I'm getting married tomorrow and arrived at 15mins after my apt due to the detour that was setup on the road. So they have this 15 minute policy window in which they tell you if you over 15 min late you won't be seen. That turned into if your 14mins late and 15 mins is the cut off. They still charge you half of the amount for your service. Now I understand the policy but I do think they were being very petty for me to walk in exactly at 15 and refuse to see me when I verbally told I had 15 minutes. All I can say is don't go here because there customer service sucks. read more

I got my lashes done here a while back and the tech did a terrible job. She piled on too many lashes on my own lashes... that my real lashes fell out within 2 months. I couldn't even get a refill because I had no lashes left. This is the part that upset me - I went in to the store to see if they could remove the remaining extensions and they told me that there was nothing they could do? I know for a fact that extensions can be removed. Worst experience of my life.. I had to use special mascara and serum to make my lashes grow back. Do not recommend to anybody read more

If you get your lashes done here, they will last about one week, if that long. Never near long enough for the refill to be due on your membership. I actually suspect they do not take the efforts to put in long lasting lashes so that members have to come in, thus pay more. I'm not a dumb consumer, I can see through this and cancelled my membership (with great effort) today. There are other lash studios in town with better reviews and cheaper prices. read more

After 7 years of getting different brands of lash extensions at various places in 3 states, this was my only BAD experience. Upon leaving my "corrective session" (offered by mgt in hope's that I keep my membership since my lashes were coming off in gaps within the 1st week) my eyes were burning like hell, beet red & watering like crazy. I couldn't see to drive home & the yellow goo leaking from my eyes is neverending! The College Station Amazing Lash seems well run and professional. While not "spa like" it is extremely clean, Brenda was professional and concerned about my comfort and my lashes look lovely. What I appreciate most is their upfront honesty and the choice of joining the program or not. Also, they didn't try to sell me unnecessary items for aftercare. No high pressure sales by the young ladies I dealt with and I appreciate that. read more

The customer service difference between these two locations is astounding!
