Three years of exceptional service has warranted my second review of this amazing company. The women behind the counter (or should I say thread?) of Signature Brows are miracle workers. If you don't believe me, please look at my before and after picture! I waltzed into this salon desperately in need of some brow TLC; they had become overgrown and beyond the scope of tweezer repair. Little did I know that my brows were overplucked, misshapen, and crooked. This is the biggest reason you should go here: I never would have realized, nor corrected, these issues without them! Femina and her sister, Rashmi, were kind but not dishonest. They pointed out these issues and walked me through every step of fixing them. Two months of awkward brow growth was worth the fantastic results. Today, my eyebrows truly are MY signature. Those who know me jokingly call me the "Queen of Brows" and I receive more compliments on my eyebrows than anything else. If you're considering trying it, then go for it! Today was my first time going to Signature Brows Salon. "Rose" did a nice job on my eyebrows and I will return. The only thing I did not like is their prices are all over the place. The lady before me got her brows ($5), lip ($3) and chin ($13) done and for a total of $21. I was charged $15 for brows ($10) and lip ($5). When I mentioned that online her prices are $5 for brows and $5 for lip she said "that's a Monday special." I double checked later and it does not say Monday only - $5/$5 is the regular list price. Regardless of online pricing, I don't like that she charged me (a new customer) more than she charged the person before me. If you are looking for threading, I recommend Rose. It certainly beats sitting at a mall kiosk. read more

Rose is AMAZING!!! I went and had a set of lashes from another place.. one eyelash was thicker than the other and all the lashes on my right eye fell out. Only been here once. I need eyebrow threading once in a month and i need somewhere that does the job and not expensive. I went there on sunday so there is only 1 person. I love the shape she did. I will definitely come back here for another threading. I also did an underarm waxing. They have a room at the back for waxing, she is very detailed with her work. This lady just took a whole CHUNK off of my eyebrow. I will never ever ever trust them again. I still had to pay full price and she said she was sorry and will "pay more attention" next time. I first came to this salon a few weeks ago and fell in love with the woman who did my eyebrows, she did an excellent job and I was really happy with the result. Unfortunately, today was my second time and the person working was someone different from before. She did a sloppy job and my eyebrows currently look like they were never even shaped. She ruined what the other woman had done because now they are shaped differently and I'm just not pleased with the job, especially when I spent $15 with tip. I should have asked for names so I can beware next time and call ahead to see who is working! I'm kicking myself now because I should have asked for the lady who did my eyebrows the first time because she was great. I'm giving a 2 star now because I'm so upset about my eyebrows. I may go back later today to see if someone else is there to fix them. read more

When ever I'm in town I love going to get my eyebrows threaded by two sweet sisters here at Signature Brows. They are very sweet and patient with me and always ask me if im doing ok, about my family and just all around very nice ladies! I love the way my eyebrows look afterward. Melissa was very helpful and great when I called yesterday to ask about full arms and legs waxing. She told me that she will have to ask the lady she works for to check and see when they can see me and I told her I would like to come in next day at 3 she said she will talk to the boss and get back with me. I heard back from her in less then 30 min saying that I can come at 3 the next day and they will be able to take care of the services I required. I have only went to this place for my eyebrows and maybe 3-4times in total so I was little skeptical about getting waxing completed today but when I went in to get my services completed and it was a great experience with Rose. She was very detailed and thorough. Liked her professionalism will definitely go back to her next time. read more

I've been here for a total of 5 times now. My first two times I was fortunate to have Rose do my eyebrows, she was amazing and made my eyebrows look wonderful. After that every time I came in she was never there and I was left with someone else who has left my eyebrows unshaped or crooked. I will not try my luck anymore. read more

Super fast eyebrow threading, it's a little painful but she does it so fast you kind of forget about it.

I have been coming to Signature Brows for over a year now and I am still pleased with the service I receive every time. They always provide good customer service by letting you know approximately how long the wait will be (longest for me was about 10 mins, but I don't mind to get nice eyebrows) and they are willing to do anything they can to make sure you leave happy! I have completely quit waxing and only get my eyebrows threaded now. I've even been able to convince others to try it, including my sisters, my aunt, and friends. I especially enjoy their Monday Special when eyebrow threading is $7. Lastly, their facial are amazing for your skin, and you can buy the products used during facials, and they are also cheaper than most spa facial with same quality! read more

This will be the 2nd time I've come to the Villa Maria location on a Sunday and they opened up late. Scheduled to open at noon, it's currently 12:13 and still has not opened. Went back at 1:30 to see if they had opened yet and still not open. Please update your open times on your store front and website if not going to be open as scheduled as some people travel from out of town for this service. read more

One of my favorite places to get my eyebrows done. Very quick and attentive! I've also gotten my lashes done here (just fake ones glued on) and she does a wonderful job. They didn't last very long after I took a shower the next day but I just needed them for one night so it was perfect! read more

I do not recommend this place if you are pretty serious about your eyebrow threading. I was charged $10 for my eyebrows, so the price list they have on yelp isn't updated. I've been getting my eyebrows threaded my entire life and for the price you aren't getting a deal. They just thread above and below your brows and in between both brows. They do not trim or shape your brows and neither do they thread within your brows - which is standard practice atleast for the $10 they charge. I will not be returning again. read more

I've been coming here fairly regularly for about 8 months, and I think they do a great job at a reasonable price! I have very sensitive skin, and threading is much more gentle than waxing, in my opinion. I've always been impressed with the shaping of my brows, but I would recommend that if you are growing out your brows or like them thicker, make sure you mention that before you get started. I've never had a bad experience, but I feel like some of the more negative reviews came from people who didn't communicate what they wanted up front. Don't be sketched out by all the construction going on in that shopping center, it's a great place! If you can make it during the weekdays, you will get in much faster, as sometimes there us only one person working. read more

I was so excited to find their Bryan location and always had great results...until the prices quoted started being different than the prices charged. I decided to ignore the price difference because the service was always so good. Then the College Station location "opened", which excited me greatly because it's MUCH more convenient for me personally. The realization has been drastically different, however, since of the nine(9) times I have attempted to visit the College Station location during their posted business hours only once (1) has it actually been open for service. It's so frustrating I don't think I'll ever return. It's terrible business practice to not even maintain posted business hours. read more
