After two emails to their support, an email and a subsequent complaint through the Better Business Bureau, SoAmazing hasn't responded. Why? Read on. My experience with SoAmazing's Peabody MA branch was quite dreadful, and I felt unsafe. Why? Because after I made my purchases and checked out, I went to my car and opened my items to look at them. All seemed fine except for the Colt Thigh Sling. The plastic bag inside had been previously opened and the sling itself had hairs on it. At this point, I went back inside to show the person behind the counter. I said to her that it may be a return and I showed it to her. At this point, she looked at it and became extremely irate and belligerent. She started yelling and pointing her finger at me saying it was not used and that she would not take it back. Why? Because she would have to damage it out" and lower the price. This is when I suspected that it was indeed a return because it was lowered by $5. I actually never write reviews, but was just so impressed with the two ladies that were working Wednesday night that I absolutely had to rave about them! I felt so comfortable with them that I felt I could ask absolutely anything and I would get an informative, non-judgmental, & just fabulous response from them . Beatrice definitely knows her stuff & so graciously shares her personal experience with different products and I completely trusted her knowledge & opinion. She literally spent hours with me as I asked my hundreds of questions ‍ and did not get the least bit frustrated with me. Went in a little while ago and the young man working was very rude! When we first walked in he didn't greet us, he just said "ids please" so me and my 4 friends (all in our 20s) gave him our ids. One person in our group id expired last month. He said to her "you can't be in here you have to leave right now" making a huge deal out of the situation and being very rude to us.
