I'm always greeted with the freshest, unparalleled hospitality when visiting the store, from A-Z you guys have anything you could think of, and if you don't have it, you always make sure you get it in, or recommend another Amazing location that does. As a recent NY transplant I was happy to see I could feel at home even in this new place. I trust and respect all the shop employees but high respect and props to Danielle; always full of energy, advice, educated recommendations and beyond accommodating! I've never had any issues with this store. The staff are always nice and considerate they help with any questions you may have and give you your space to browse. The only complaint I have is the prices. Otherwise great staff and comfortable atmosphere read more

I'm a very shy and private person so I was really anxious about coming into this kind of store but the atmosphere was great! The (male) employee at the register was very nice but let me have my space and made it feel very non-judgmental and relaxed. They denied me service before close because they had already did a register shift change and said ONLY CARD AS PAYMENT .....it is illegal to deny cash in Massachusetts as payment. Learn your rights before you waste your time getting denied by pure laziness. read more

Went in on Valentine's Day for a gift, found the manager (male) on staff to be very knowledgeable and helpful! I was the only person in the store, but it was 3:45pm on a Wednesday, so that's not surprising. Was able to buy a gift that was just what I was looking for, and seems to work very well at time of writing! I will happily go back, it's nice to Be able to feel things and hold them in your hand before you purchase them. The whole place was well lit, and very inviting! :) read more

Buyer beware! I bought a battery operated item here this afternoon, watched as the manager Kate put in the batteries to test it, listened to their "no return" policy, and left feeling good about my purchase. Then, after getting home and trying it out, it dies after 20 minutes! Clearly, the batteries included were old. When I called to speak with Kate to see if she would agree that 20 minutes of battery life is ridiculous and unreasonable for the $30 I paid, she reiterated the return policy and stated that there was nothing she could do about it. Wrong answer!! Now, I understand why you can't return items to a shop like this. I didn't want to return the item. But I was feeling cheated! What the hell?! I wanted to give the shop's manager an opportunity to make things right. Three little batteries - that's all it would've taken to make this right, but instead she refused. Wake up! With online convenience and easy return policies, the only reason people go into a store anymore it's for the customer service!! That, and the power of negative reviews like this one, makes this a store everyone should avoid if you value your hard-earned money. Three batteries! read more

Bought a remote operated toy and the remote would not sync to the toy. I understand the return policy for this store for general exchanges but a store should have to take back a clearly defective product. Will absolutely never hive this company any business ever again. Absolutely horrible! I do not suggest this place at all! The customer service is horrendous. I arrived a few minutes prior to closing and they wouldn't let me make my purchase because it was exactly the time they closed. I will never go here again. read more
