She just kept gossiping with another customer, even though she saw my wife fall down. Unacceptable behavior. On the only positive side, the clerk did greet us when we walked into the store. Note that there are two small steps inside the store, and my wife tripped on the 2nd step. My wife saw the first step, but didn't anticipate a 2nd step a small distance away, since this is not typical. The sign was no help. There were 3 women working there, not one of them asked me if I wanted to start a dressing room or if I needed help etc. What were they doing instead?
