He told me he forgot scheduled me for Wednesday said his morning no one showed up. Told me they'll be there this afternoon. No one showed up never followed up again. Save your time and choose a different company that is reliable and professional.

Made an appointment for a few days later when Zach arrived he introduced me to Bryan who was doing my project before he left. That was a nice touch. Only negative might be--They were a bit late but texted before. Bryan was like Spider-Man with his leaf blower on the 2nd story roof. He blew the roof and gutters! While Bryan was here and I saw a magnificent power washer on his truck--I asked for a bid on my items mentioned below. The price seemed fair but wasn't cheap, I decided not to bid with others because of my experience with Bryan, plus I had 30 years of grime on my rock pathways, driveway and bottom of the foundation and he told me in detail what he would clean and how. I accepted the bid for part 2 and he even trusted me and waited to collect until finishing everything. He explained how he'd tackle my project when he returned a week or so later--I couldn't do right away. He also patiently let me reschedule at the last minute because my lawn wasn't moved yet. True to his promises, Bryan cared about my project --I'm so proud of my pathways (I have numerous limestone pathways that faded, but now they're almost like new!). Now... none of my limestone pathways or two boulders are that gray, gross color that happens to aged limestone I didn't realize how gross my driveway and sidewalks were, also there was a section of my white brick that was almost black--I'd tried cleaning myself but wasn't successful. I thought it was ruined, but it was cleaned! He used a rotary cleaner on the concrete too! Also, I'd tried cleaning my patio was it was so stubborn and was so funky I bought an outdoor rug to not track the grime inside. The job took most of the day. They use a bleach solution that didn't kill anything but continued to eat away at the funk before the rain came. Now I'm so proud of my yard! I'm not the gross neighbor and I'm not concerned about my clogged gutters. I think I'll hire them to keep ahead of my gutters next year--I have big dirty oak trees! Finally, Bryan looks you in the eyes when he talks to you, I can't explain it but I just know he's listening and he cares. I use Yelp because I can see how people rate others--I'd rate both these guys as professionals.
