Very cute studio, it's been there over 30 years!…read more We walked in with the goal of taking passport photos. Mr. Lim was knowledgeable and kind while taking our photos. I'm very impressed and satisfied with the quality. He even edited out my pimples, calling them temporary blemishes. We were quoted $30 per person for four 2x2 passport photos. I needed a digital file for mine and it was $20 more. I was more than happy to support small businesses especially ones that provide such high quality service. Thank you Mr. Lim! I hope more people are able to support him before he decides to retire.

I needed to renew my passport and I thought that if I have to look at it for another decade, I…read moreshould like my photo! I decided to find a proper photography studio that specialized in passports. There was no one else in the studio that day, and I just walked in. The photographer had me sit against the white backdrop and posed me. I asked whether I had to move my hair behind my shoulders or out of my face for a passport photo, and he laughed and said he didn't know. After he took 4 pictures, we sat down at the computer to look at them. I hated all of them. The colors were flat and unflattering, and my lips were slightly parted so he colored my teeth in as opposed to retaking the shot. When he asked which photo I liked, I told him "none of them, really" and suggested taking another. He laughed and said no. I paid $30 for awful photos, and they didn't seem to know anything about passport photo regulations. Really disappointed that I came here. If I were a passport photographer and I didn't have any other clients waiting, I would take as many photos I had to until the client was happy! It's a digital camera and the rest can just be deleted! I ended up going to a mailbox store and paying $17 for a much better photo. Maybe this studio is good for family photos or other sessions, but not passports.

We had a horrible experience with this place We went here…read morebecause we had gotten an offer for a good deal that included all digital photos When we got there, their gate wasn't working and with a 3 week old had to wait for over 2 hours for them to fix it While taking the photos we had people asking the photographer a million questions and they had to pause several times which made my baby very fussy When it came time to pay they said for 16 pictures we had to pay 1200$ Which was not what they originally advertised This place is a major scam The only reason I came here was the distance and the advertisement The pricing says digital photos included but its a lie. They will only give you the digital photos of the package you pick, if you pick a package with 4 photos you only get 4 digital not all photos If we knew we had to pay 1200$ for pictures we would have went back to the original place we always go to 500$ flat fee all photos included and much much cuter props You would think with the major inconvenience they would have accommodated Do not recommend Save your money and do your research There are soooo many other places with better pricing and props Response to you Margo, I was not referring to the 69$ or whatever you are even talking about I am referring to your regular prices online and how its presented and worded to pull people in, you guys are very unprofessional as very evident in your response Your manager did not call me until 11:30 and I was driving from Santa Clarita and it was too late for me to return back, your business issues are not any of my concern, thats your concern. You saying to return my money and for me to not even get the 4 photos I paid 300$for after waiting at the mall with a 3 week old for over 3 hours ? Thats your management resolution?

Okay- here's the dirt…read more If you go look at their Instagram and website, it's hard to tell who they've shot recently. That's on purpose. They've had a bunch of their former clients become headshot photographers who copy them. So Theo and Juliet intentionally DON'T share their newest work. Also, they undersell themselves. You have noooo idea how good they are at THE WHOLE THING. I paid the upgrade to have Juliet pick out my clothing. I want her to style my whole life. I bought a few of the pieces, even one I didn't shoot in. She's so good. Theo and Juliet are HILARIOUS. They're so good at putting you at ease. So much so that I'm like, are they tired after this? Because I didn't have to worry about a THING. They're watching for your errant hairs, your errant boobage, and you can trust they're never going to get your face from a bad angle. (Because they'll call each other out and fix the angle and backdrop and lighting until it's perfect - and you're laughing as they do it.) My makeup was so good I didn't want to wash my face at the end of the day. Seriously the best headshot experience ever. I've shot probably ten headshot photographers (as a tween and in my 20's) and this was the best experience I've ever had. You leave your shoot with them feeling like everything is possible. (It is, but it's easy to forget, you know?) Don't bother comparison shopping or being a weirdo like me who was like "I'll lose ten pounds but shoot with someone else in the meantime." Don't do that. Just shoot with them. They'll make you look like you're ten pounds smaller anyway. And they'll nail your looks and vibe. It's just so good! They're worth every penny. Do it do it do it. Amen. Also- funny story, we hadn't originally booked with them. See above in regards to being a weirdo. My husband is also an actor and shot with them 20 years ago. But we'd booked with another "big name" with a name that sounds kinda like a race car driver... We lived in Phoenix at the time so we booked an Airbnb in LA, jumped through the hoops to get the PCR c test (their requirement), arrived in town and sent the test. ...And they somehow hadn't booked the slot. We'd even sent the deposit. They didn't take responsibility. It was super weird. So I told my husband to email Juliet, which he did. She called back super quickly AND squeezed him in. We cancelled my shots with the original person and rescheduled me with Theo and Juliet, too. Theo and Juliet are hilarious, they legitimately care, and they only shoot one person per day so you get a FULL experience. Okay this REALLY concludes my review.
