We had a horrible experience with this place We went here because we had gotten an offer for a good deal that included all digital photos When we got there, their gate wasn't working and with a 3 week old had to wait for over 2 hours for them to fix it While taking the photos we had people asking the photographer a million questions and they had to pause several times which made my baby very fussy When it came time to pay they said for 16 pictures we had to pay 1200$ Which was not what they originally advertised This place is a major scam The only reason I came here was the distance and the advertisement The pricing says digital photos included but its a lie. I recently had mommy-and-me photos taken here with my son. First, I want to say that the staff was incredibly kind and professional, and the photos themselves turned out beautiful. I genuinely love the quality of the pictures. However, I left feeling very disappointed by the pricing and how it was presented. I originally booked because of a promotion advertising photos for $60, which stated that it included one retouched photo and a digital album. While I did read the details, nowhere did it clearly say that the $60 price was per photo. Based on the wording, I assumed that one photo would be professionally retouched, but that I would still receive access to the digital album containing the photos from the session. If the promotion had clearly stated "$60 per photo," I likely would have made a different decision before booking. I take responsibility for not asking more questions and for making assumptions. At the same time, I feel there could be much more transparency about pricing upfront so customers fully understand what they may end up spending before they get emotionally invested in the photos. The photo selection process also felt a little uncomfortable. They show you many beautiful images and have you eliminate the ones you don't want. While nobody was rude or forceful, there was definitely some pressure to keep more photos. It's hard to narrow down your choices when you're looking at pictures of your child, especially when you don't realize how quickly the cost can add up. In the end, I paid $180 for three photos, not including the $50 deposit I had already paid. While I understand professional photography is expensive, the final cost was much higher than I expected based on the advertisement. During the ordering process, the pricing discussions quickly moved into the hundreds and even thousands of dollars, which was honestly shocking. Again, the staff was wonderful and the photos turned out great. My issue is not with the quality of the work, but with the lack of clarity surrounding pricing. I would strongly recommend making it much more obvious that the advertised price is per photo, as I think that would prevent a lot of confusion and help customers make informed decisions before booking. read more

We had a very disappointing experience on 03/21/2026. We arrived at 1 PM for our 2 PM appointment and spoke with Patsy, who identified herself as the manager. We explained that our son, who has autism, was not in the best mood and kindly asked if there was any way we could be seen earlier so we could head home sooner. Her response was dismissive--she simply said they would call us if someone else canceled. We then asked to reschedule, and she agreed, but told us our $50 deposit would be forfeited because we would not be keeping the current appointment. She also refused to apply the deposit toward a new appointment. We tried to explain that children can be unpredictable, especially those with special needs, and asked for some understanding and flexibility. Unfortunately, she showed no empathy and continued to rigidly enforce the policy without considering the situation. To make matters worse, while we were trying to discuss this concern, she began fixing chairs instead of giving us her full attention, which came across as rude and unprofessional. As long-time customers, this was extremely disappointing and upsetting. We left feeling unheard and said we would not return. Later that afternoon, however, Jean--another manager we've worked with before--reached out to apologize and make things right. She honored our original deposit for a rescheduled appointment the next day, which we truly appreciated. At the rescheduled session, Tiffany took excellent care of us. She was patient, understanding, and attentive to our son's needs, making sure our experience was positive from start to finish. We are very grateful to Jean and Tiffany for restoring our trust and providing the level of service we've come to expect. Their professionalism and compassion made all the difference. As for Patsy, we hope she reflects on how to better support families--especially those with children who have special needs--because empathy and understanding are essential in this line of work. Patsy was even arranging chairs while we're discussing this matter which is very rude and unprofessional. No care of sympathy at all. At this point, this will be our last session there unless she's out of that branch. read more

I made a appointment for Sat. At 1130 am.. I was there early, and I waited for my appointment. 1130 time had passed and the previous appointment scheduled overlapped into 15 min of my photo time. I felt Kimberly rushed taking my kids photos, and the photos taken all came out horrible. As well as she cut my time short about 4 min off before 12 noon saying she had plenty of pictures to choose from.. I couldn't find any good pictures, and she could only pull up 8 pictures that actually had one kid out of 3 kids looking ok in. I have been going to photo perfections in Glendale for 8 years now, and this was the worst experience ever and as a return customer I find this very upsetting. She said she can crop another kids face or body into the picture, and my response was "you charge extra for that" and also, the prior appointment cut into my appointment time by a lot. She then said she would waver the fee because of that. I still had a very hard time choosing from pictures.. half of pictures taken my kids was cut off from, and she didn't even want to pull them up for me to see. I normally get to look at 35 to 40 if not more pictures to choose from... NEVER have I only got 8 to choose from and they all was not good quality .. When I brought up about the prior appointment going well into my scheduled time , she said " well it's a baby" And as a customer thats no excuse to cut my family short. Especially when I have an autistic 7 year old son. I'm not a happy with this last visit. read more

I have to say I am very disappointed with the prints had to go multiple times to get them redone. Took my photos in early December and still mid January have not received the correct prints. The photographers are great. The editing is great. It's the printing that sucks. I paid the high tier which is like a $600. These prints were very important for my daughters and I which is why I spend the $600 and was very disappointed with the prince still haven't heard back from them. read more
