We had such a wonderful experience! My baby was just about to turn ONE, and capturing this milestone meant a lot to me. As every parent knows, babies & toddlers can be unpredictable. From the moment we arrived, Tiffany created a warm & comfortable environment. She has a true gift - she was patient, playful & kind and somehow she knew exactly how to connect with my shy little one. She captured the sweetest smiles & the happiest expressions. I don't think anyone else could have made my baby so comfortable. Tiffany was super. The photos turned out perfectly. We will treasure these images for years to come. I wholeheartedly recommend Tiffany at Photo Perfections. She has a true gift for working with kids & creating memories that families will cherish for a lifetime read more

We had a horrible experience with this place We went here because we had gotten an offer for a good deal that included all digital photos When we got there, their gate wasn't working and with a 3 week old had to wait for over 2 hours for them to fix it While taking the photos we had people asking the photographer a million questions and they had to pause several times which made my baby very fussy When it came time to pay they said for 16 pictures we had to pay 1200$ Which was not what they originally advertised This place is a major scam The only reason I came here was the distance and the advertisement The pricing says digital photos included but its a lie. They will only give you the digital photos of the package you pick, if you pick a package with 4 photos you only get 4 digital not all photos If we knew we had to pay 1200$ for pictures we would have went back to the original place we always go to 500$ flat fee all photos included and much much cuter props You would think with the major inconvenience they would have accommodated Do not recommend Save your money and do your research There are soooo many other places with better pricing and props Response to you Margo, I was not referring to the 69$ or whatever you are even talking about I am referring to your regular prices online and how its presented and worded to pull people in, you guys are very unprofessional as very evident in your response Your manager did not call me until 11:30 and I was driving from Santa Clarita and it was too late for me to return back, your business issues are not any of my concern, thats your concern. You saying to return my money and for me to not even get the 4 photos I paid 300$for after waiting at the mall with a 3 week old for over 3 hours ? Thats your management resolution? read more

I recently had mommy-and-me photos taken here with my son. First, I want to say that the staff was incredibly kind and professional, and the photos themselves turned out beautiful. I genuinely love the quality of the pictures. However, I left feeling very disappointed by the pricing and how it was presented. I originally booked because of a promotion advertising photos for $60, which stated that it included one retouched photo and a digital album. While I did read the details, nowhere did it clearly say that the $60 price was per photo. Based on the wording, I assumed that one photo would be professionally retouched, but that I would still receive access to the digital album containing the photos from the session. If the promotion had clearly stated "$60 per photo," I likely would have made a different decision before booking. I take responsibility for not asking more questions and for making assumptions. At the same time, I feel there could be much more transparency about pricing upfront so customers fully understand what they may end up spending before they get emotionally invested in the photos. The photo selection process also felt a little uncomfortable. They show you many beautiful images and have you eliminate the ones you don't want. While nobody was rude or forceful, there was definitely some pressure to keep more photos. It's hard to narrow down your choices when you're looking at pictures of your child, especially when you don't realize how quickly the cost can add up. In the end, I paid $180 for three photos, not including the $50 deposit I had already paid. While I understand professional photography is expensive, the final cost was much higher than I expected based on the advertisement. During the ordering process, the pricing discussions quickly moved into the hundreds and even thousands of dollars, which was honestly shocking. Again, the staff was wonderful and the photos turned out great. My issue is not with the quality of the work, but with the lack of clarity surrounding pricing. I would strongly recommend making it much more obvious that the advertised price is per photo, as I think that would prevent a lot of confusion and help customers make informed decisions before booking. read more

Tiffany was such an amazing coordinator for first time partners bringing in their newborn. We were so worried that the session would be rushed, and that we would be looked at for not being able to control our newborn. That was not the case. It was such an easy process, the pose changes were seamless, and the attitudes were so positive. I ended buying more than I anticipated because the service and the photos were THAT good. Normally I wouldn't do these kinds of things at the mall but it was really such a unique luxury experience in my opinion. read more

We brought our 2-week-old to Photo Perfections for newborn photos and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. Our photographer, Tiffany, was amazing. Our baby decided it was the perfect day to be extra fussy, but Tiffany stayed so patient and calm the entire time. She gave us plenty of breaks to feed and change her and never rushed us. Despite the interruptions, she still captured the most beautiful shots. We got our pictures back in just a week and they're absolutely precious. Pricing was also very reasonable compared to other newborn photographers we looked at. Overall such a great experience and we're so grateful for these memories. read more

The staffing was amazing very nice and considerate to us having a newborn. But knowing the photo business for many years this photoshoot I could have done at home. (Not happy) but still purchased. Was not happy to pay a newborn session when we stopped and go stopped and go so they can squeeze in another family (in his eyes my baby was fussy) I definitely was not happy that the pictures was same pose different background. 2 Outfit change or not my child was just sitting there. I wanted other poses maybe in just a diaper or swaddled but since I brought an extra outfit that was considered my outfit change. I personally do not think they have newborn patience. I should have just paid a sitting fee and took them myself or took them at home with my professional camera. read more

We had Tiffany as our photographer for our newborn session, and she was absolutely amazing with our 1-month-old daughter. From the moment we arrived, it was clear how much she genuinely loves what she does. She handled our baby with such care and confidence, even helping burp her when I needed to feed her between poses. As a parent, that level of experience and attentiveness made us feel incredibly comfortable. Throughout the session, Tiffany was constantly talking to and complimenting our daughter, making the experience feel so personal and sweet. She handled our daughter well with the poses and didn't feel any discomfort with her. You could truly see the love and patience she brings to her work. My partner and I felt completely at ease trusting her with our newborn, and the photos turned out absolutely beautiful. We couldn't be happier with the results, especially with it ready within a week. Tiffany was also professional, courteous, and attentive when it came time to select our photos. Even when another customer approached her with questions about packages, she handled everything gracefully while still making us feel like a priority. We are so grateful for the wonderful experience and memories she helped create. We would absolutely book with Tiffany again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a talented and caring newborn photographer. read more

I'm so happy I found this place. This is my first time and I will be definitely be back! I took my active toddler here to take some Halloween photos. This place is horrible. The "photographers" taking photos are not professionals they take a bunch of shots hope they get some good ones then edit them. There's very little to no direction on how to pose. I didn't like any of the photos they took. Almost none were close ups and the few that were didn't look good. My daughters hair was in her face and the dime lighting made us look hideous. Even after the "edits" the photos didn't look professional. Wasted over $150 on shit photos and didn't bother picking them up. I went because of the "promotion" but it's not worth it. I'll stick to my usual place Pretty Pixel in West Covina. read more

I made a appointment for Sat. At 1130 am.. I was there early, and I waited for my appointment. 1130 time had passed and the previous appointment scheduled overlapped into 15 min of my photo time. I felt Kimberly rushed taking my kids photos, and the photos taken all came out horrible. As well as she cut my time short about 4 min off before 12 noon saying she had plenty of pictures to choose from.. I couldn't find any good pictures, and she could only pull up 8 pictures that actually had one kid out of 3 kids looking ok in. I have been going to photo perfections in Glendale for 8 years now, and this was the worst experience ever and as a return customer I find this very upsetting. She said she can crop another kids face or body into the picture, and my response was "you charge extra for that" and also, the prior appointment cut into my appointment time by a lot. She then said she would waver the fee because of that. I still had a very hard time choosing from pictures.. half of pictures taken my kids was cut off from, and she didn't even want to pull them up for me to see. I normally get to look at 35 to 40 if not more pictures to choose from... NEVER have I only got 8 to choose from and they all was not good quality .. When I brought up about the prior appointment going well into my scheduled time , she said " well it's a baby" And as a customer thats no excuse to cut my family short. Especially when I have an autistic 7 year old son. I'm not a happy with this last visit. read more

We had a very disappointing experience on 03/21/2026. We arrived at 1 PM for our 2 PM appointment and spoke with Patsy, who identified herself as the manager. We explained that our son, who has autism, was not in the best mood and kindly asked if there was any way we could be seen earlier so we could head home sooner. Her response was dismissive--she simply said they would call us if someone else canceled. We then asked to reschedule, and she agreed, but told us our $50 deposit would be forfeited because we would not be keeping the current appointment. She also refused to apply the deposit toward a new appointment. We tried to explain that children can be unpredictable, especially those with special needs, and asked for some understanding and flexibility. Unfortunately, she showed no empathy and continued to rigidly enforce the policy without considering the situation. To make matters worse, while we were trying to discuss this concern, she began fixing chairs instead of giving us her full attention, which came across as rude and unprofessional. As long-time customers, this was extremely disappointing and upsetting. We left feeling unheard and said we would not return. Later that afternoon, however, Jean--another manager we've worked with before--reached out to apologize and make things right. She honored our original deposit for a rescheduled appointment the next day, which we truly appreciated. At the rescheduled session, Tiffany took excellent care of us. She was patient, understanding, and attentive to our son's needs, making sure our experience was positive from start to finish. We are very grateful to Jean and Tiffany for restoring our trust and providing the level of service we've come to expect. Their professionalism and compassion made all the difference. As for Patsy, we hope she reflects on how to better support families--especially those with children who have special needs--because empathy and understanding are essential in this line of work. Patsy was even arranging chairs while we're discussing this matter which is very rude and unprofessional. No care of sympathy at all. At this point, this will be our last session there unless she's out of that branch. read more

I have to say I am very disappointed with the prints had to go multiple times to get them redone. Took my photos in early December and still mid January have not received the correct prints. The photographers are great. The editing is great. It's the printing that sucks. I paid the high tier which is like a $600. These prints were very important for my daughters and I which is why I spend the $600 and was very disappointed with the prince still haven't heard back from them. read more
