On a whim, I asked if they had any appointments for Saturday and Chris was kind enough to add me in! When I got there, he was able to complete the inspection in such a timely manner and the service was so friendly. Everything seemed to go well and the car drove a bit smoother after the alignment. The owner remarked that the car definitely needed it as well. The price was reasonable. It would have been five stars if there was wifi. There seemed to be a network, but I didn't ask for the password because when I asked on the phone when scheduling, the women said there was no public wifi. Just a bit annoying to be in a waiting area for an hour with no access to wifi during working hours. I'll definitely come back here if needing another alignment, but I'd probably opt to drop the car off & come back next time.

They have something that is missing from a lot of places: Honesty and reasonableness. Mike, the owner went above and beyond on my second visit to Auto Works by bringing my car back to me at Home Depot where I work. It's only about 2 blocks away but it was a cold and windy winter night so I really appreciated this extra touch. When I arrived, Travis greeted me and immediately came to look at my car. He is clearly knowledgable and provided a reasonable estimate (based on my cross-check at a number of other shops), and promised a very quick turn around for a somewhat involved repair. He also told me he would wash the car! I am now waiting for my ride home to arrive, and see that he has already started working on my car. I will amend this review when the work is done, but I already anticipate returning with future work. .......... Update: I stand by my 5 star rating. These people are awesome.
