We have done two major remodels with Fred, both on the same house (different sections). The end…read moreresult is more than fantastic ... it is fun to live in and exceeds what we had dreamed of. We worked with Fred in a collaborative mode. In the first remodel, Fred came in with three ideas to address our requests, and then we tweaked (A LOT), stealing from one, changing, adapting. Fred was not so wedded to his own concepts that he wouldn't adapt to ours. The end result was great! The second remodel was even better, because I learned a lot more about what we really wanted than the first time around. With Fred's careful eye for symmetry, the end-product gave us more space, more storage, more volume (yes, volume is hugely important to making a space feel large ... not just square footage). The house is beautiful (part architecture, part excellent materials). We are now selling that house for a premium and moving out of state, planning several more projects. Fred will be involved, if I have anything to say about it.

I've had the privilege of working alongside Joe Siecinski, founder of brainSHARE, through our…read moreshared service on the Board of the College of Adaptive Arts. Joe has been a steady, thoughtful, and highly valuable contributor to the Board for many years. He consistently engages deeply with the College of Adaptive Arts' monthly financials, helping the Board stay grounded in reality while also identifying potential financial risks before they become issues. His insight and willingness to speak up early has strengthened our governance and improved our ability to move initiatives forward with clarity and confidence. What stands out most is that Joe brings the same mission-driven mindset from his work at brainSHARE into his Board service. Through brainSHARE, he has spent nearly two decades helping small and mid-sized business owners not just improve operations, but fundamentally shift how they think, lead, and support the people who depend on them. That focus on mindset, structure, and long-term growth is evident in how he shows up as a Board member. Joe cares deeply about impact, and it shows in both his professional work and his volunteer leadership. The College of Adaptive Arts is stronger for his presence on the Board, and brainSHARE reflects the same commitment to meaningful, lasting transformation.

I ordered our Caesarstone quartz countertops through the cabinet shop, and they have the stone…read morefabricated and installed by Stone Etc. The actual Caesarstone quartz is beautiful. I love our countertops, they came out fantastic. However, working with Stone Etc. was the most inefficient and stressful part of our kitchen remodel. All other work was hired by our General Contractor, and so he was able to schedule one job after the next, day after day, without interruption. When we reached the point where countertops could be installed, we had to wait several days for our appointment. They installed one slab that was not properly cut, so there was a gap about 1/3" or so which they tried to hide by filling in with white caulk. I noticed it later and contact our sales rep, who requested Stone Etc. to come back and correct their mistake. It was another week before they could come out. In the end, they were able to fix the mistake, but the whole process took about 1.5 weeks for countertops, and my GC had to schedule around them. Furthermore, because of their mistake, my GC ended up having to reschedule other jobs which couldn't be completed until after the countertops were installed (such as tiling the backsplash), so working with them ended up causing delays in our remodel.

Long story short, my contractor ended up adjusting the cabinets to fit the counters they cut. In the end everything turned out okay. But, their customer service and communication is pretty bad and it caused me a lot of stress. I have a young child and they gave me really early meeting times at house and weren't very understanding. I wouldn't recommend them or Albany Cabinets. Use someone less aggravating.

During that talk, Clayton was able to pique my interest enough to make me inquire about their dental consulting services. Long story short, I am so glad to have met Clayton that night and also so glad to have had ExecTech on my side this past year. My experience with ExecTech has been nothing short of amazing. Our practice numbers have dramatically increased. I attribute much of this success to the guidance from my practice consultant JD. He has helped me to put systems in place to better communicate and motivate my staff. JD has helped me to also analyze my practice more by numbers and less by "feel". We now consistently set monthly production, collections and new patient goals. Year to date (end of September 2018) we have over 850 new patients in and our practice revenue is up over 30% from 2017. In all, I have really enjoyed working with JD and the whole ExecTech team. If you are a young doctor looking for guidance on how to better manage staff and grow a young practice, you should strongly consider ExecTech. It has been a worthwhile investment.
