For 6 people you get 2 of each, plus 6 drinks, and one time when we ordered this set, they accidentally gave us 3 pastas but nicely let us keep the extra one for free - I was asleep at my desk for most that afternoon. The pastas are generally decent but harder than the al dente that other Italian places in HK do. The pizzas are great, and the selection is large, although a bit on the dry, biscuit-y side, and not as good as the more established (chain owned) pizzerias like Linguini Fini and Piccolo. I heard the owner Jacomax is usually based in the Sheung Wan shop and actually makes the pizzas himself, so perhaps that's where you can find the best quality. One thing I appreciate is that they have a fun approach to making pizzas. When I first came to the area during October, they had a Halloween theme where the store was dressed up in a spooky theme and there were actually Halloween pizzas! It was pretty fun to see little ghosts and pumpkin scattered on your pizzas, squid ink (I think) was used instead of tomato paste to create a black backdrop and make it all the more spookier. So the nice crispy shell is the tofu itself. It was indeed tasty without any additives. Pork Belly: Simple and grilled to perfection with a slight sear. Flavors of most fatty meat come out nicely and this one was no exception. Fried rice with soft boiled egg: What an interesting take on fried rice... with a Japanese styled soft boiled egg. IMO, you can add that soft boiled egg to almost anything and it would make it better. This was a perfect combo (and also a perfect compliment to the stiff drinks they were serving). Japanese gin: we all know Japanese whiskey is top notch. I had never tried a Japanese gin until this night. Just had it with a touch of tonic and it was really smooth. Give it a shot (pun intended). We tried a bunch of other dishes and all were pretty much spectacular. We liked the vibe and the attentiveness and courtesy of the staff. This is the first time I understood what they were talking about. When we finally got to the restaurant, my family decided on the dishes they wanted, I'm not sure if it was because they knew the owner or if this was something you can ask for because we were walked back out to their tanks to pick out the fish, lobster, clams, etc that we wanted. It was a totally awesome experience. The food was nothing short of AMAZING! I have never had seafood this great in my entire 35 years of life and I live 10 minutes from the ocean in California. Everything was cooked perfectly and dishes were not overly seasoned so the flavor of the seafood really comes out. The "peeing" shirmp was soooooooo good, it was better than any Maine lobster I've had. Yes I just compared a shrimp to a lobster, it was that good! If there's anything I would recommend, it would be that and the jack knife clams.
