One month later when I called to ask where my insoles were I was told they had not been ordered yet. The good dr. was waiting for my ins. to pay him before even ordering the insoles. The dr. billed my ins. $1497 of which ins. paid him $828 for an office visit and a pair of insoles. I finally got my insoles March 26th after several calls and a personal visit. I also got a refund check for $287 of the $400 I paid initially. And was asked to pay another $40 copay in order to pick up my refund check. I can't say for sure but if I were a betting man I would bet that if I had not pushed the issue I dont believe I would ever have seen a refund of any kind. Will I be back, I don't think so.

He told me and my husband that they were $430 and could be refunded within 6 months; I ask him twice. I went to see my RA doctor about another issue and got a steroid shot! Wa la, feet fixed! They had ordered the orthotics and doctor had told me my feet were flat so I picked them up and tried them. Could not walk for 2 weeks! Went in today to return them! So I said, I need to get a refund and he agreed that it was RA related and said, "you'll have to talk to office, I only work here!" Poor care quality! No refund, plus they had given me and had ordered wrong orthotics! Never got the 2nd pair til today when I checked out! No refund, wrong order, and lady said she didn't know the wrong pair was ordered until today but she had them when I called to make this appointment but she had them but did not offer them to me at this point! So I had wrong orthotics! Beware! No refund! I tried 2nd pair when I got home but couldn't even get my foot in the shoe! Very disappointed in patient care!

Since I walked into his office in 2012, I have been in constant pain. I had to go to another podiatrist so I wouldn't lose my foot. There is not a day that goes by that I'm not in pain. I have to live with it. I would not recommend him to anyone. Stay away.
