Dr Brandon Holloway has amazing bedside manner, has patience for days, and is very professional and knowledgeable. I was very blessed to have him as my surgeon. I do however want to touch base on my follow up appt and a nurse that I did not have a good interaction with, her name is Krystal and she portrayed a very unprofessional and unkind attitude towards myself and the other nurse that was helping me in the patient room. Krystal made a big huff about the other nurse assisting and actually shut the door to the room in her face. I was very appreciative of the other nurse, I believe her name is Charlene. I do not intend to deal with Krystal on my next visits unless she is the only option. Thank you.

I have no chronic illness and just do an annual check up each year. I am not going to spend 60/month, on top of visit cost, insurance co-pay and cost of my health insurance when I have no need for the extended services you are offering and sadly will no longer be recommending your clinic to family and friends.

I came 15 min earlier than what they told me. I am on anxiety. Meds and she would not refill them. I got to the office and she would not see me. She is a coward and does not care about all of her patients. The letter said she would see me forv30 days til I find a new dr. She did not. It is irresponsible to prescribe anxiety meds and then just nake a patient go cold turkey. I would not take my dog to see Cindy Hutson.

No one in the office has any respect or knowledge about disabilities or how to professionally care for someone disabled. Don't try and have good insurance and go because they'll bill you wrong anyway. And don't make any plans to be seen before your due date you calculate yourself because scheduling an appointment with them in near impossible. Going to a butcher shop for prenatal care would be safer and more effective

I've only met 1 doctor that I absolutely loved and she was the only reason I continued taking my children. Dr Hough, she was amazing, but once she was finished with school she left as did I. It's extremely annoying to have foreign doctors that can't speak clear English, you will see this quite often here. Their bedside manners need much help. I NEVER got my sick child into see the doctor on the same day, hell I was lucky to get them in during the same week! Now for the ob/gyn department. Same story as pediatrics. Lots of wonderful doctors over the years but all leave as soon as they can. Dr Rhoton Dr Solberg Dr Gooch(both of them, Jennifer & Jason) Dr Vas Dr Franken They all gave me quality healthcare but sadly moved and I could no longer see them. The rest of the staff is nothing special. They aren't friendly and seem to hate their job. I can't stand Texas tech school of medicine and I wouldn't recommend anyone going there.
