I do however want to touch base on my follow up appt and a nurse that I did not have a good interaction with, her name is Krystal and she portrayed a very unprofessional and unkind attitude towards myself and the other nurse that was helping me in the patient room. Krystal made a big huff about the other nurse assisting and actually shut the door to the room in her face. I was very appreciative of the other nurse, I believe her name is Charlene. I do not intend to deal with Krystal on my next visits unless she is the only option. Thank you.

I also am a surgeon in a different specialty and am right arm dominant. I have patients that have had the same surgery (by different but very competent surgeons) who unfortunately had complications and had to give up their jobs because they lost the use of their dominant arm. So I took on several risks: Only a 75% chance of a successful surgery plus the risk of post op complications that could end my career. I had put off hip replacement for YEARS, and finally got the right hip done 3 months ago. I can tell a big difference in my mobility and reduced pain. His office staff and nurses are kind, patient and ready to answer any questions you have. His post-surgical pain management protocol is comprehensive and kept me very comfortable, particularly in the first few weeks after surgery. In all, I estimate that I spent over $10,000.00. The treatment did help but was short lived. I finally made the decision to have that knee replaced. Dr. Crossnoe replaced my wives knee about 5 years ago and she has had great results so I decided to go back to him for my knee. It has been 120 days since Dr. Crossnoe replaced my right knee. I must say, the firs two months I endured quite a bit of pain and discomfort. However, for the past two to three weeks the pain has completely gone away. I still am experiencing some minor swelling and stiffness but am able to walk just fine. The knee is getting better every day.
