I don't usually post about clinics or offices. I had an unfortunate experience at this office! I…read morewas having foot pad problems and saw Dr Gehrig and he said I needed orthotics! He told me and my husband that they were $430 and could be refunded within 6 months; I ask him twice. I went to see my RA doctor about another issue and got a steroid shot! Wa la, feet fixed! They had ordered the orthotics and doctor had told me my feet were flat so I picked them up and tried them. Could not walk for 2 weeks! Went in today to return them! So I said, I need to get a refund and he agreed that it was RA related and said, "you'll have to talk to office, I only work here!" Poor care quality! No refund, plus they had given me and had ordered wrong orthotics! Never got the 2nd pair til today when I checked out! No refund, wrong order, and lady said she didn't know the wrong pair was ordered until today but she had them when I called to make this appointment but she had them but did not offer them to me at this point! So I had wrong orthotics! Beware! No refund! I tried 2nd pair when I got home but couldn't even get my foot in the shoe! Very disappointed in patient care!

Dr Brandon Holloway has amazing bedside manner, has patience for days, and is very professional and knowledgeable. I was very blessed to have him as my surgeon. I do however want to touch base on my follow up appt and a nurse that I did not have a good interaction with, her name is Krystal and she portrayed a very unprofessional and unkind attitude towards myself and the other nurse that was helping me in the patient room. Krystal made a big huff about the other nurse assisting and actually shut the door to the room in her face. I was very appreciative of the other nurse, I believe her name is Charlene. I do not intend to deal with Krystal on my next visits unless she is the only option. Thank you.

Since I walked into his office in 2012, I have been in constant pain. I had to go to another podiatrist so I wouldn't lose my foot. There is not a day that goes by that I'm not in pain. I have to live with it. I would not recommend him to anyone. Stay away.
