When she called the doctors office and asked about it they said it must've been some sort of mistake so the doctors office called Albracht directly and the people there refused to give my mom an appointment and refused to give a reason why. The whole situation was very unprofessional and rude.

They didn't see me until 30 past my appointment time. The receptionists handed me my paperwork to fill out and shut the window in my face. Not even asking me what brought me there, or she would have noticed I couldn't write because of my dominant writing hand was immobilized. Both of them were snap chatting and cutting up instead of doing their jobs. When I finally got to see someone they didn't take a thorough patient assessment which resulted in an incorrect documentation of my accident and a insurance conflict. I had to leave and go see a different doctor. Unless you are a rich sports injury they don't care.
