They always have a dr on-call. So if you are sick and need to see a dr. You can call them for to be seen by on-call dr. But the catch is you need to call then 8 AM in the morning and rven by 8:07 they get fully booked for the day. And since it is a shared space sometimes the staff doesn't takes your calls and emails seriously and there is a communication gap which hurts the patients. But in general all the dr. are very good and caring. They were very helpful during Covid and with a Newborn at that time, all dr. Were providing us support and care.

Also you spend 2-4 hours waiting in the small waiting room to been seen. Once you get in there she doesn't even spend more than 2-3 mins talking to you. I was felt like just a number, not a patient. I will not be going back at all. Also they only have a 10am-4pm where you can call. I work all day. Only get an hour lunch. They don't pick up. Or they hang up on you. Don't ever go to this doctor.
