She identified the problem as being rooted in my hips and after just one session I was already feeling better. I went back to see her one or two more times but then I was *~*healed*~* so didn't need to return. Christa recommended me to their acupuncturist, Nada, as well to help with some issues with my jaw and neck. I went to see her twice and had a lovely experience. She did ask a lot of questions on the first visit but you can tell she's not just there to collect a cheque ... she really cares about your needs, not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. Prices are competitive, they do direct billing, and the space is really friendly and inviting. The receptionist even let me charge my phone behind her desk once while I was in my appointment! I was worried about seeing a new RMT, as Jennifer was phenomenal and I didn't think anyone would be able to compare to her, but I took a chance on one of the other RMT's the office recommended - Kenneth Peddle, and I am a believer! Kenneth fixed my back and shoulders, and could read my sore muscles like an open book. I am feeling super great after my appointment and will be returning. He even gave me some stretches to do in the meantime. I injured my lower back a few years ago from performing deadlifts, and was told by my family doctor that the injury would forever restrict my training, especially in the lower back which I was advised to avoid training completely. They prescribe exercises that not only help, but prevent and fix any issues you may have. I ended up coming back for a massage and another small issue (back is sore after long volleyball days) and they really work. Massages suck, they hurt but man are they effective. This was also not a one off with one great staff member, I've had a total of 3 different people work on/with me and all easily 5/5.
