Though my surgery was…read morerelatively minor, they can also perform more complex surgeries here like hip and knee replacements, as well as some spinal surgeries. Dr. Ryan Harold was my surgeon and I was very happy with his work as well as his general demeanor, manners, and professionalism. He even let me have my music of choice from their Pandora app in the operating room, and he did the surgery to ACDC, yeah! The receptionist and all of the physician assistants and nurses I encountered were friendly, competent, and professional. It might not appear so from the exterior of their big building, but the operating area of this practice is pretty much a hospital setting, and it's a large and busy one. Before the surgery, all of the required forms and health surveys were sent out on a timely and clear basis via both text messaging and email. I was also notified before the surgery date of my expected post insurance bill. I was impressed and pleased with my experience here, and thank you!

It's less than 2.5 months since the right knee surgery, and her leg is straight and no more limping. Today, she had the left knee surgery and She has the best care from Dr. Brian McCall and his team. -- I have nothing but superlatives to describe her expierence with him. From the minute she awoke after the surgery She felt there was hope for a normal life -- Thank you so much!

My doctor , Dr Thomas Shoenhofen sent me to Dr. McCall due to the severeness of the injuries caused by the falls. I made an appointment for the first available time nevertheless, the pain, swelling, numbness , tingling and color changes prompted me to ask to be seen by Dr. McCall as a "Walk-In", which is offered to patients unable to wait for an appointment. I was shocked, when the receptionist demanded I pay $350 in order to be put on Dr. McCall's waiting list, because she claimed my Medicare was suspended. I was not only humiliated and embarrassed by the receptionists ( there were 2 of them)., but also spoken to rudely and with no empathy whatsoever in front of a room full of waiting patients. I had no choice but to pay the money because of all the pain, etc. After paying the $350 on my Visa Nordstrom Credit Card and waiting more than 2 and a half hours, Dr McCall did nothing but look at mt leg and say there was nothing he could do to help. He asked if I had a wrap at home my reply was "no". He then wrapped the leg and said to see him in 2 weeks " But only if my leg was not better. We don't need to just visit" I then mentioned to him about the unprofessionalism of his receptionists. He stated " Isn't it nice to be able to be seen by the doctor as a walk-in? You're money will be refunded". Upon leaving, I was told by the receptionist that it was too late to reverse th

While his visits are a lifesaver when I'm in pain, his focus is on pain and injury prevention, any many of the techniques and stretches he's taught me over time have helped me to treat myself at home between visits. His advice even extends to nutritional supplements and topical pain treatments. Many chiros will snap, crack, and pop you until you look like the textbook skeleton they have in mind, but Dr. Thill doesn't push, strain, or force my body past the place it can go. I appreciate this, especially as my experiences with the medical community have not always left me feeling listened to or cared for. I'm happy to have found a chiropractor whose approach is modern and integrative, but also flexible, both in the billing accommodations he makes and his willingness to schedule evening appointments, send text message reminders, and fit me in at a moment's notice. I'm happy and have no plans to switch from my "headache/backache/hula-hoop-injury-ache guy of choice!
