They are wonderful people to work with, many of my guests came up to us during or after the wedding to ask about how we found them because they are nice, genuine, professional, and very hard-working! They made all of the photos of our wedding wonderful, and even when I was not happy with how our "Thank You" photo turned out because you couldn't see the words too well, I asked if there was anything they could do. Amy worked on it and gave it back to me, and it was so much better! They got a lot of photos of our guests and everyone having fun, which is so nice to see since we were not able to watch every minute of what was happening. All of the photos we loved, and they are sooo easy to work with. They make you feel comfortable even in awkward situations or not-so-easy family situations. Even when you feel weird with what they are telling you to do, they know their stuff, because those are some of my favorite photos! I trust them completely, and I know who we will be using for future family photos! Gave this one star, only because there was nothing lower…read more Put a deposit down for shooting a commercial. When the day came for the commercial shoot, he sent in an assistant to do the work...he didn't do it himself. Then after 10 hours of shoooting...they miraculously lost all the footage, and never refunded the deposit, and never offered to reshoot the commercial. If it wasn't more trouble than it was worth, I would have sued this company for my deposit back..but figured it wasn't worth the trouble. Just be warned if you plan to do business with them. He wants to charge professional prices, but do amateur work. It's rather unfortunate that this happened, because Joe is very nice, but doesn't seem to know much about how to run this business to keep customers happy, and send then home with a product that they paid for.

I thought for what I needed done i wasn't going to pay those high rates, so I went with a photographer that was less expensive. she called me today to follow up from the email she sent about 2 months ago and i told her i went with another photographer that was less expensive and she said in a rude voice "thanks for letting us know and getting back to us". and then hung up. WOW! After she hung up I was really appalled about how she runs her business. Lets just say I am glad they didn't take my families picture.
