Meh. We paid more…read morethan $50 for 4 prints. One pose, white background. They also ran 45 minutes late. In my opinion, 2 of the 3 poses are too awkward to be displayed. In the digital age, where you can see the pictures you've taken in real time, and retake in seconds if necessary, that's pretty lazy. I was not impressed. First name and last initial are pretty standard on Yelp. Being cautious by not revealing personal information does not make my review anonymous or invalid. Blaming random staff members for an honest review of photography you put your name on, and trying to discredit my review to save face however, does speak to your level of customer service. As far as speaking to someone at the time of the shoot goes, It would have been impossible for me to know what the pictures looked like ahead of time in order to form an opinion. I am not looking for reimbursement, they took several weeks to come in, and they could not be retaken. $50 may not be a lot of money for some, but it was for us. The quality of the prints just did not match the price in my opinion.

Within the first few minutes of meeting him I could tell this was going to be a great shoot and love the outcome. He helps direct and work with you to find a unique shot at each location.
