My top lip is now over inflated and uneven from one side to the next. The bottom lip is also smaller than the top one too. She leaves divots in your lips as well, and rushes through the appt only to make you have to come back for a follow up monthly to fix her mistakes. I've been here 6 times in 7 months to fix her mistakes and to redo my Botox because she clearly waters down her products. When you finally get the nerve to speak up about it and ask why this is happening she blames it on you and your anatomy. I hadn't had even had Botox or fillers in over 10 years before coming here either. She's overpriced and her staff especially Melissa is extremely rude and unprofessional. Throughout the treatment, I could actually feel the fluid movement and drainage happening - something I've never experienced with other facials before. The gentle yet effective pressure applied during the massage was both relaxing and purposeful. What impressed me most were the visible results. My face appeared noticeably more sculpted and lifted afterward. The puffiness I didn't even realize I had was completely gone, and my skin had this amazing glow that lasted for days. I have never received such attentive care until I received a facial by Amanda. Not only did she take the time to truly listen to my concerns, but checked in with me post facial. I live overseas and I have been a client of Amanda Hyde's for a couple years. I have followed her from spa to spa, and never miss a chance to get an appointment with her whenever I am in town regardless if I just flew in on leave from Afghanistan or Ireland. :) I have sensitive/acne prone skin and Amanda is so great, that by the time I am done with my treatment (BTW - don't miss getting dermaplane and oxygen services added on to your facial), my skin looks great, less red and irritated and as soft as a baby's bum. She is also fantastic on waxing, quick and nearly painless (as much as waxing can be anyway). She can even do lash and brow tinting. Amanda can do it all! read more

Like many others, I have followed Amanda from Belle Visage to her new location at Surburbia, but honestly, it just does not matter where she is at, I'll drive! If I could give Amanda more than 5 stars I would do so in a heartbeat! She is the best esthetician that I have been to that has understood what my skin needs. My skin is notoriously sensitive and acne prone and has always had flare ups from other facials. I came to her with a flare up that had been lasting me months after going to a different esthetician. It has been 2 days since my facial and I have not had any flare ups. In fact the acne I came in with has already started going away. All in all she is the best! read more

I ordered one and since then I have kept this product in my personal skincare routine. It is a great product and my skin has benefited from it nicely!! I have extremely sensitive skin. I use this mask once every two weeks while in the shower. I apply it to my face, scrub it evenly over, then I leave it on while I tend to other needs! I give it another little scrub before using a clean washcloth to wipe clean. My skin glows and feels fabulous. I like to use it in the morning so I can enjoy the benefits all day long! Carmen's products are very nice. I also use the Vitamin C serum and Hyaluronic Acid Gel a couple times a week. The Vitamin C serum can be a little spicy, but it dissipates and no harm to my skin. I recently ordered the sheet masks and they are so nice! Cool on the face. After I chill out for 20 minutes, I remove the mask and I massage whatever product is leftover in the packet on my face, neck, chest, and hands. I will continue to be a loyal customer!
