The catfish was hot & crispy-- best I've had since I moved out of Mississippi! But it is a bbq place, so I had to try that, too. This pulled pork is no joke. Well-flavored even before you add sauce (and they have three kinds of sauce to choose from). The Brunswick stew is some of the best I've ever had. Next time, I'll try the ribs. They were coming off the smoker and looked so good! Soon, there will be a beer garden and an ice cream shop in the same building-- so you can get all your cravings. There's a playground and dog park right outside so you can take the whole family for a full day! This is such a great spot & my pup & I will definitely be back!

I ordered the three-piece ribs with mac and cheese and a side salad that hit the spot. We started with the fried pickles! The cornbread was another favorite of mine and just right alongside a plate of BBQ. And, of course, I had to have sweet tea. Down South, sweet tea isn't just a drink...it's practically a love language. Good BBQ, classic Southern sides, and those familiar flavors that make a meal feel like home. If you're passing through Griffin and have a taste for some Southern comfort, McGhin's is worth a stop. A great Friday night dinner with the family!

We ordered from the limited menu due to just opening. As we sat, waiting for our dinner, the restaurant's temperature felt like it was 50°! They called our number for our dinner. We sat and started eating. We heard many customers telling the folks of the restaurant that the food was delicious. My wife and I agreed that the food tasted good. But the meats were room temperature. The sides equal to a 1/4 cup. Our belief was the meat was served cold and my wife likes a good portion of BBQ Sauce on her pulled pork. Asking for more BBQ sauce, I was handed a small container of BBQ sauce. I would suggest a bottle on the tables of their signature BBQ Sauce. As our legs were getting cold, we left.

As I was scrolling on Yelp I came across Frozen Rooster and was immediately reminded of the goodness of their food. As such... you know where I ended up. As we know the ambiance of Frozen Rooster is amazing, I walked in, went directly to the counter and without hesitation I ordered the 3 Whole Wings with 1pc of Whiting Combo. For my side I got the Cajun Ranch Fries. Everything fried hard. Ummmmmmmmmmm!! As I sit here and type this review I can taste the memory. LoL!!!!!! Once my order was placed, I got my cups. Mixed my fruit punch and lemonade with the amazing crushed ice and took a seat. Babeeeeeeeeeeeeee. When the food came out all I could do was sit in happiness. Everything was perfectly fried hard how I wanted it. The seasonings were robust and aroused my nose through the steam. Oh my!!!! I bowed my head, said my grace, and I devoured the dish. I'm talking bite after bite after bite of flavorful, meaty, goodness perfect for a good meal on a Good Friday Night!!!! It's something about the food from Frozen Rooster. I understand their focus is on beer, which is great and I absolutely love that. However, if they do offer food, which The Bus Barn does and has two food establishments inside, those food vendors should represent what Line Creek is about and do justice to their great beer. Long story short...... the BBQ and pizza place in The Bus Barn, truly SUCK. Next level cafeteria bad. So, what would be a five star goes just barely over a two. That also being because the service was just "ok". Definitely coming back and hoping for a bit more of a good experience..... and perhaps...... better food choices?
