Half had logo in a wrong place and other half had logo upside-down. The owner told us "you can still sell it, it's just upside-down" Ridiculous... when was the last time he bought ANYTHING with logo upside-down???? Toothpaste, shoes, plane ticket, potato chips.. nothing ever has logo upside-down!!!! The owner refusing to cover the cost of ruined product, he even kept some of it and never sent back.( maybe his wife or friends are using it now) We are dealing with legal stuff preparing to sue him. I refrain anyone to use services from this company!!! It's a scam.

From purchase through Julia Cozza to the delivery, was an exceptional experience. Julia handled my multitude of questions with concern and clarity. The delivery was spot on time, gave me a call 15 minutes out. I live in a very old house with narrow doorways and steep steps. Jack and Ray delivered these appliances after many measurements, without any complaints as to the difficulty. Took off my doors with great care and hauled these heavy appliances up my narrow back steps weaving around a railing where there was not 1/4 inch to spare. They took care and time with all aspects, from Jack showing me tips of how to use the induction range to Ray making sure I was careful about putting frozen food into the freezer before it was at the temperature required. I truly valued their help and most important to me, was their attitude of concern towards me, the homeowner and the respect it reflected towards Bouchard Pierce. I will never shop anywhere else, ever.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was unprofessional from start to finish…read more I scheduled a specialty rug cleaning because a previous cleaning by this company had failed to resolve the issue. Rather than addressing the reason for the appointment, my concerns were dismissed and I was encouraged to repeat the same cleaning that had already been unsuccessful. The appointment then shifted to unsolicited comments about my children's behavior and my parenting, which were inappropriate and entirely unrelated to the service being provided. At that point, I ended the appointment because I no longer felt comfortable having them in my home. Professional service starts with listening to the customer, respecting boundaries, and focusing on the job at hand. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Would not recommend.

He told me what he could do and the expected results, but suggested that we'd be better off spending the money on re-doing the tile work in the shower. It turns out who ever did the work before we bought the house did several things that weren't to standard (wrong type of grout, odd spacers, etc). I really appreciate Clint's honesty, and I will keep Maple Leaf Carpet and Tile on my Go To list for future carpet and tile cleaning needs. Thank you sir.
