Called today because its the end of the month and that's when they told me that I needed to take a picture differently, which was a bit difficult because there was a downspout in front of the Number. The problem was not the request. It was the delivery of Judy. She refused to answer any of my questions, she refused to let me know what pictures I did send that were incorrect and everything just escalated from there. I would recommend that you to speak to Maria if you want to rent, Ina is the grounds keeper whom inspects and cleans out if needed when you begin your rent, she is absolutely fantastic and helpful!! Judy is horrible and rude and not nice AT ALL. Stay away from her.

By far the worst storage place I've ever had ! I've had for 3 months , maybe been there 3 times in…read morethat whole time and today I was locked out of my unit and told I had to leave the property because I had my dog with me and all of a sudden it's in my lease that my baby chihuahua who is a very very obedient, well trained service animal that you can't even tell he's with me ever cuz he's so quiet and well behaved and so small . So in order to get into my storage i had to leave my dog in the car or have someone leave work to come get him for an hour which also means he would be away from me and not able to do his job, leaving me at risk medically. Mind you I signed my lease while I had both my dogs with me not just the one and they had treats in the office for the dogs and gave me a bag when I asked for so I could pick up the poop cuz I left my bags in my truck. So how does a lease I signed then all of a sudden change without my knowledge, forcing them to be so rude with me and my surface animal to the point where they locked me out of my paid storage till I follow rules in my lease.... Unbelievable! Than tell me I can not be there longer than 2 hours and once the hour and a half mark passes(90minutes) - the employee was then at my storage door telling me to start packing up that I needed to get out of there. It was time to go and then would come back every 10 minutes to make sure I was ready to leave at the exact two hour mark - 120minutes to unload a huge house I just moved out of - impossible! How to keep my U-Haul another day pay the extra money cause I was not allowed to be there longer than two hours. And two wrap everything up with a cherry on top. My unit completely flooded when it rained today to the point where everything in my storage that was on the floor was soaked ruined or has to be washed, cleaned or thrown away cuz there was so much rain very quickly ! They had to have known that it was going to flood like that ! It was not their first day of that location that had ever rained. They have been there for years. Knowing that exact unit had to flood like that frequently and still sold to me .

I was there near closing time a couple of times and saw what was certainly people going to units to sleep for the night. The staff is not honest anymore. Moved all my stuff to another corporate storage place and am happy to be done with them. If you're going to pay high rates you might as well be in a place that's modern, professional and not mouse infested. It's sad to see what happens you don't have local ownership any more.

They get you with the "sale" price and after the first month you're charged 230 dollars that is…read moreautomatically taken out of your account every month even without setting up the automatic payment. If you move out at the beginning of the month, they will charged you for another month, and you will lose access to the unit... even though you paid for it. My bank had to report them as fraud and I had to get all new cards. Also, there is apparently a tenant who resides there, a very old woman who is constantly yelling at the cars coming in and out and very argumentative about how you move out/in. There are other storage places that have Nicer employees, better move out directios, and will refund whatever days you move out before your month is up. (Public storage, they're amazing!)
