My Wife and I have been visiting the Town of Saarburg for the last 30 years from the time we were first married.However we had not eaten at this Restaurant until the Year 2009.For those who value good food at a reasonable price plus excellent Service my wife and I have no hesitation in recommending this Restaurant to all future guests.We can assure all guests that they will not be disappointed in any way.Hygiene is very much in evidence and the decor is first class.The Staff are very smart in appearance and they take great pride in how they address their guests without in any way being condescending.Microwave cooking is not used and meals are prepared with fresh ingredients at all times.The Chef is excellent who at this time of writing has been employed at this Restaurant for a long time.He is too good to lose.A meal is only as good as the Chef. We highly recommend the fish platter when various samples of fish from Europe can be enjoyed.We would be very surprised if guests would be hungry after enjoying such a sumptuous meal.British people who visit Saarburg should not miss the opportunity of having a meal there as a special treat for the first night and perhaps you will become addicted to other dishes provided and you will be overcome with the temptation to eat there quite regularly during your stay in Saarburg.
Saarburg is a beautiful little Town where the local Residents make visitors very welcome.I am sure that I have said enough hopefully to attract more British people to Saarburg who most certainly will be given a warm welcome at the Amadeus Restaurant.No doubt Readers will appreciate a good recommendation as a poor meal on arrival for an Annual Holiday can sour the impression one has of a visit.
