I have worked with A.M. Quality Construction twice now, both times on difficult projects that required attention to detail and creativity. They first came out to work on a disintegrating toilet flange and old pipe that protruded up too much for a new flange and toilet to be installed. The second time they came out to remove old and water-damaged fascia board and replace with new board. When the work started, they found some of the soffits were damaged as well. I immediately got a call and was told of the new issue, and that the fascia was grooved (which we had not anticipated). I okayed the new soffits, and was told that the flat fascia board they had was going to be grooved on site! On both occasions I was impressed with their level of communication, diligence and professionalism, and quality of work. They are truly a pleasure to work with and will give you peace of mind. I had them do a full outside remodel. New siding, front door awing, window trim, new light fixtures and walkway. I'm so happy with outcome. They helped me so much. I needed more electrical work done in the home and they work with a local company that was able to help me quickly. The estimated cost was almost exactly what I paid. No suprises. When Juan met with me he said he was almost positive I had some dry in an area. And he was right. I like working with companies that are honest with cost and to the point. They were not the lowest estimate but they were very certain of what the total would be and it was correct. I hired A.M. Quality Construction to build a fairly complicated wall over the top of my garage stairs in my split level home. The wall had to account for some weird builds that the previous home owner completed, and one side of the wall was in between stairs going up and stairs going down. It's hard to explain, but trust me that it was a unique situation. Phil showed up ready to work. He was polite, energetic, he communicated very well, and walked me through the process step by step. I highly recommend these guys. The end product turned out even better than I had hoped, despite the nature of its complexity, and the price was surprisingly affordable. I had AM Quality reside my home and install 2 new windows. My home before has old cedar shake now I have Hardie plank. This spring I plan on having them paint my entire home. Highly recommend. The contractors kept me informed with the project. They also found some dry rot along the windows. They showed it to me and they worked with me to get that additional work done. Had to file a complaint with CCB. These clowns are about the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. They don't have a clue what on how to bid a project. All you need to do is 10 mins of research and you will see what this place is about. Look at the CCB website, they just change names. I finally got my $1800 back after filing a formal complaint and paying the filing fee. These people are a "real piece of work" all bad!!! read more
