Avi was on time and fixed the gate fast! I'll definitely call him again for future gate maintenance

Havi did a great job - fixed my electric wrought iron gate opener- Chamberlain Elite that was about 17 years old - stopped working a couple years ago Decided to get it fixed and he repaired the circuit board and capacitor - looked easy when I watched him do it Another company in Glendora wanted to replace the entire opener at a huge cost-glad I fixed it and has been working well for the past few months read more

I have a old gate motor, and I can't find anyone fixed it, they told me to change to the new one. Avi came and he took the panel and fixed it. And he changed the new sensor as well. It works perfectly now! read more

I just had to write this review as Avi was driving away from my house because I truly wish I could give him 10 stars. I had a problem with my gate not opening, and while another company wanted to charge me over $200 for a service call appointment that was days away, Avi showed up at my door the very next day. He even called to let me know he would arrive in 20 minutes, which I really appreciate because it allowed me to continue with my work without waiting around wondering. Avi carefully examined the gate, explained what went wrong, fixed the issue, and conducted thorough testing. He was very detail-oriented, professional, patient, and pleasant throughout the whole process. When the appointment was finished and I was ready to pay, but Avi just said don't worry about it, he is not charging me for such a little thing. I was blown away by his generosity, considering he had made the trip and spent additional time educating me on how to maintain my gate. Avi will definitely have all of my future business, as well as that of my friends, family, and neighbors. A professional and honest business like his is truly a blessing to our society! If you're reading this review, do yourself a favor and call Avi now! read more

I had a great experience with AM PM Local Gate Services. I messaged late on Sunday and Havi got back to me right away and was at my place the next day exactly on schedule and resolved the issue I was having quickly and effectively. Havi is a true professional and an ethical business operator. I know I can trust him to do a good job at a fair price whenever I have gate issues in the future. Thank you Havi! read more

Our intercom system and strike plate to our gate went out. We had a system that was about 20 years old that kept limping along. It finally wore out. Avi came out immediately. What a great guy. Easy to work with. He suggested a couple of options. When the option I chose did not work we had to go to a more expensive unit but he honored his price. You don't see that very often. His team even came out on Father's day to install! Everyone was very responsive, explained everything, did good work and cleaned up. Anyone who has needs for gates, intercoms and other similar services look no further. This is the company to use. read more

Great work, efficient and reliable . I got sensor fixed on my electric gate and service was reasonable and outstanding

I made an appointment for Avi to come to the house this morning and he came punctually at the time we set. He looked at the board and saw that it was overloaded. So he reset the board and the gate works fine now. He was honest with me and told me since the board is still fairly new, I didn't have to replace it. He didn't ask for any payment for his visit. I highly recommend Avi and his company. He is honest and professional. read more

My nearly 40-year-old gate stopped working recently and the company that made the opener doesn't exist anymore. Avi was very punctual and came to diagnose the issue. He found that the control board was burnt out, and said he could repair it instead of having to replace it (he has an electrical engineering background). A few days later and the gate works as good as new! It's hard to find someone like Avi, I really appreciated that he doesn't try to upsell you and is also great at explaining everything. read more

Great Service, came out quick on the same day solved the issue didn't even charge for the quick stuff. Totally fair and good value. Also quick response when contacted through Yelp. read more

We needed someone to look at our gate as it was becoming super loud even after cleaning and lubricating it and it wouldn't close well anymore. We found Havi on Yelp, we called him and came the same day. Upon inspection, the arm needed to be replaced. We appreciated that he gave us the option to buy the arm online, but decided to get it from him for the warranty. Havi returned to install the new arm soon after, it was done quickly and we now have a smooth silent gate. He is professional, seems to know his stuff and gets to the point. Which we like. Communication by phone and texts was great, he gave us ETAs and was punctual. read more

Alex was very helpful and a great communicator. He came out in a timely manner assessed the problem. It was a couple of loose wires. He kindly fixed them quick and did so free of charge. I will definitely be calling Alex again if I have any other issues. read more

Couple days ago, I scheduled an appointment with Havi because my auto gate opened by itself. Today Havi showed up on time at my house. He checked auto gate machine and other stuff. Havi said there was no problem. The only possibility caused gate opened by itself, it might be same signal in my neighborhood. Havi reset my gate remote control. When the service is done. I asked Havi how much the charge is. Havi said it's free and no charge. Also, Havi said if the gate still open by itself and asked me to call him back. How amazing he is. Havi is very professional, honest , and kind technician. He is Angel. Highly recommend! read more

The chain for our community gate was broken off because of a cloth stuck between the chains. I found AM PM Local Gate Services through a Google search and I'm extremely satisfied with their services. Avi was able to come out the same day and did so between the hours he said he would. He gave me options to either replace the chain with a new one or fix the current chain for a lower cost, which I appreciate. Thank you Avi for all your help and you will now be our contact for our HOA. read more

The best service I have ever had! Avi truly gave us beyond excellent service. Avi is far too kind and does not charge unnecessary fees. When our gate broke, Avi kindly came and fixed it for us free of charge. Avi is such a gentleman and really went above and beyond to help us out. I am so grateful for Avi's kindness and expertise. God bless Avi and their business! I strongly recommend calling Avi without any hesitation. You will not find better customer service anywhere else. Avi provides the highest quality work and really cares about their customers. I cannot thank Avi enough for selflessly repairing a small part of our gate when we needed it most. Avi quoted me on Wednesday to replace the arm of our automatic gate. Other gate companies didn't respond or didn't replace only the arm of the gate. He just finished the job today (Saturday) and even waited out the rain for a bit in his truck to complete the job. read more

From time to time, the gate would not open and then would start beeping really loud. Finally I decided to get it checked Avi was able to schedule me in the following day. When our gate stopped working, we couldn't figure out how to make it work again. Because the gate was open we couldn't access the control arm nor did we have the key to manually override it. Went on Yelp and found Avi who had great reviews. Avi was over within 2 hrs that same day. First Avi had to get the gate open manually which he did pretty quickly. Upon opening the gate it appeared as though the motor had given out as the signal was working but the gate wasn't responding. It was an old gate opener. We talked through pricing for a replacement - one with a bigger motor vs a smaller one (depending on how heavy the usage was). He said he could get the parts within the week and do the job in a few hours of the day. However, upon closer inspection, it appeared that one of the wires had been chewed up by our new puppy! Avi took a look and stripped the wires, fused them together, and taped it up with electrical tape....and it worked! It wasn't the best looking setup but it's not noticeable. I told Avi I'd go like this until the gate gave out. Avi was here about 45 minutes in total and the problem was fixed. Definitely going to call Avi next time we or anyone we know have a gate problem. Professional, honest, and skilled. read more

I had an issue with my driveway gate operator not working and it was emitting a constant beeping sound. I found Avi through Yelp after extensive searches for reputable companies. I left a message for Avi and he promptly returned my message and showed up at the time he said he would. Unfortunately I needed a new motherboard and he didn't have the one we needed with him. However, he said he would get the right one - and he did - and he returned when he said he would. He replaced everything he promised and was very professional in his interactions with me, including answering all my questions. I contacted several companies, but Avi was the most responsive but not pushy. When he arrived, he diagnosed the problem and gave us several options and recommendations. He recommended a money saving option without the need to spend thousands on a new sliding gate motor. He completed the work when he said he would, and our sliding gate is now working better than ever. Avi is definitely someone I will use again for our gates or garage repairs. He is very knowledgeable and fair but above all very honest. He kept his word and did what he said he would without trying to overcharge. These traits are very hard to find these days. Thanks again Avi. read more

My gate motor suddenly stopped working and needed service ASAP. Literally within seconds of sending out my Yelp request to multiple companies, Avi responded and offered a free estimate. Even better, he arrived within an hour and got to work. After a quick diagnosis and explanation of what was happening, it was an even quicker fix since it wasn't a mechanical failure needing new parts but a setting adjustment. We also discussed possible factors why it stopped working so that I would know how to keep the gate from malfunctioning and recognize it in the future. I am so glad Avi came to the rescue today and did not have to worry about leaving the gate open overnight. Definitely reach out to AM PM if you need gate repair! Avi came to my house to look at my gate that was making really loud unbearably loud noises when opening and closing. Because I couldn't meet during the week because of my work schedule, he accommodated by coming on a Sunday afternoon. He called 30 min prior to arriving during an agreed upon 2-hour window. He was very professional and did not make me feel badly or take my money even though the issue was easily solved by applying WD40 on the hinges. I appreciate his kindness and he has built my trust so that he will be the first person I call for my future gate repair needs--both at home and at my work. Thank you, Avi! read more
