All of this was way cheaper than other exterminators we saw who put in less than half the effort. Tony is the man and is so good he's caused me to log into yelp for the first time in years to give him a good review. TAD rules.

This summer I thought I would try a new pest control service and called about 5 different companies for quotes and went with TAD because they were the most affordable. Haven't seen a mouse in 8 months! I am so relieved and happy that we found them. The technician who came to our house was communicative and helpful. I will definitely call them in the future for any pest control needs.

He's extremely knowledgeable about products and techniques for immediately curbing the problem. The results were immediate. Same thing--on time, very effective, the tenant was pleased and so was the owner, to know the problem was taken care of swiftly. I recommend this service.

I noticed a few cracks in the wall by one of the outlets and heater near the kitchen. Through there I would see randomly one tiny roach periodically. Eventually it grew and reproduced. :( I had maintenance seal the cracks. Then tried getting rid of the roaches myself, I just wasn't fast enough. I called R.O.P.C. and the process was super easy. Melvin helped me out. He's very knowledgeable of his job. 10yrs plus experience. When he came over he was even able to tell which apartment, 2 doors over, had a huge infestation just by walking around the hall smelling around. He said that roaches have an odor, and that apt's was bad. Months later, I'm enjoying my roach free apt. Melvin even came back to check up on things and refresh some of the work he did.

First, the one and only nice thing to say is that the exterminators are usually very nice people and mean well. However, they are the furthest thing from experts. They've yet to figure out why mice are getting in the building, and their answer to everything is scheduling follow up appointments. Automated phone services are more useful than their live receptionists. Not only are they completely incompetent, but they're nasty as can be. They tell you a time slot and don't show up, they have flat out not showed up at all, and never take accountability for anything. How they are still in business is baffling. This company needs to be exterminated.

I had looked up a lot of companies in the city for bed bugs and received some astronomical prices and plenty of nonchalant lack of empathy or lacking customer service. I was helping find an exterminator for a friend who had a full blown bed bug infection in several rooms and Jet came to save the day. When calling Jet... right from the initial contact, they were quick and responsive, they stood out with being experienced, well versed in treatment options/ procedures (familiar with all traditional and innovative options), took the time to listen and advise. They promptly listened to my concerns and scheduled an appointment right away. I was impressed by their attention to detail and commitment to getting rid of every last bug. Not only did they eradicate the bed bugs successfully, but he also went above and beyond to provide tips and preventative measures. It was evident they really care about their customers. It eased our minds greatly in a stressful situation. Because of their amazing service I had a friend higher them for their office when they suspected bed bugs and they again were quick, detail oriented. Full inspection leaving nothing unturned and then preventive spray and measures. They are very helpful and quick to identify any crawly that comes your way if a bed bug, flea, help what is this bug question etc. Top choice, the only choice in the industry. Highly recommend!

The first time I called 2 years ago was when my we heard noises of something crawling around in our attic. Mike was able to stop by when we were still at work and take a look from the outside. He told us that he thought it was baby raccoons who would most likely leave on their own in a couple weeks, which they did! He didn't charge us for the time or free advice and we always said we'd call him if ever we needed it. Last night I came home to a house that seemed to be torn apart, we saw dropping and urine stains. I freaked out and we planned to call western the next morning. Today I called at 7:30AM as soon as they opened (love that it's so early!) and they told me they can come by before 12. Mike called me 15 minutes before he got to our home as a heads up. He was very friendly and patient while listening to my recap. After looking around he told me it seemed to be flying squirrels and that their course of action would be to set up traps. He offered me their 2 plans. A 30 day guarantee or a yearly plan. He didn't pressure me at all to sign up so I decided to sleep on it. He left and I began cleaning up, I then saw more damage than I had noticed before, I called mike again and he said he'd come right over! He came back and took a look, we came to the same conclusion and I thanked him again. I then opened the door to another room, and I see a BIG BUSHY TAIL I called mike again, feeling sort of stupid. He made me feel like it was no big deal, he told me he would call his coworker mark and they would be by me in 10 minutes. He told me how to close off the room while i waited. They got here and got right to business, they trapped the squirrel and sent him outside. They then looked around for the entrance point and told me that a follow up appointment would be scheduled by phone to next week. I am so pleased with how friendly, patient and kind they were, let alone how good they were at their job. We signed up for their yearly plan which covers spraying 3xs a year and visits whenever needed. Thank you western pest control!
