Specifically, we needed overnight sitting for our two dogs and two cats (well, really, only one dog -- a puppy -- needed the hands on care). We loved meeting both Jordan and Jill, the actual sitter. They have great credentials, both were great with animals, and both were very responsive and communicative. In particular, Jill left us detailed notes and was easy to communicate via text. However we crack our windows upstairs, all the time to help circulate fresh air in. It took a far to get back to normal. Then water got all over my mail, destroying a magazine. It wasn't dried off, they kept piling up the mail on top, leaving the magazine to stick to the table and other damp pieces. Not impressed, definitely not the Pet Nanny I had come to rely on.
