Like many of the other reviews, I would agree that 1 star is too high of a rating for this company. If I could award zero stars, or even negative stars, I would. We were traveling from Boca to Miami and looking for a limo solution. We called this company and spoke directly to the owner. He asked us for a credit card deposit, which is totally atypical for a transportation service (you usually always just book and pay upon completion of the trip). But that was just the tip of the iceberg. The limo showed up late. The limo itself looked like a beat up car from the 80s. When you think limo, you think luxury and quality. Unfortunately, this limo was far from that -- it wasn't even clean. It was a disgusting limo that looked like it hadn't been cleaned or serviced in years. Furthermore, the driver was an absolute shlub. He was wearing sandals and jeans that were below his butt. It looked like he was hired off the street. But it gets better. Because we needed more luggage space, we opened the front passenger door to throw a bag up there. But we couldn't use that area of the limo because the driver had another passenger with him up there!! What a joke. Oh, and you want to really get a good laugh about this all? For some inexplicable reason, there was no seat in the front passenger spot, so this mysterious passenger was sitting on the car floor!! Sounds pretty safe and normal, right? So at this point, you add up the late arrival, the gross driver, the even grosser car, the weird passenger sitting on the floor of the car in the front -- and that was enough. We called the company. And who picks up? None other than the owner. We kindly explained to him our issues -- and you know what he does? He tells us to get the F*CK out of his car. He literally cursed and screamed at us. And just like that, we got our bags, and the "limo" drove off. We ended up calling an Uber van that was cheaper and far more luxurious, not to mention comfortable and more professional. So to be clear, this is not a limo company. The word company implies a certain level of business acumen, customer service, professionalism, quality of product -- all of which were nonexistent. What this actually is, is one guy who owns a beat up limo and tries to generate money from it from unsuspecting customers who don't know any better. He hires a shlubby driver and sends this car out to whoever will give him a shot. In our case, it didn't work out so well for him, and when we called him on it, he obviously felt a need to get very defensive and curse at us. Needless to say, you should stay far far away from this joke of a "company." Use another car service, call an Uber, take a train or a plane.. Walk it out if you have to.. But whatever you do, don't make this mistake of giving this guy your business -- you'll be sorely disappointed. Oh, and one more thing -- you've got to laugh at this guy naming his "company" Always Dependable. It's kind of like McDonald's calling itself Healthy Choice Restaurants.. Worst limo ride I've EVER had! I found them on Groupon for $39 one way to the airport. When I called to check on availability - they offered me the same price as Groupon. (Basically cheating Groupon out of their commission) -- I scheduled the ride and gave them my pick up time. The day before I called their office to verify the drive would be there on time. "Absolutely" they said. The driver was ~ 35 minutes late!!! There was supposed to be water in the limo for refreshments, NOT!! Then the asked for the $20 MANDATORY CASH TIP IN ADVANCE!!! He then took a LONGER route to the airport - stating this was a "short cut" -- but according to my Google maps -- it wasn't! A 20 minute ride turned in to about 50 minutes! The charge on my credit card was $40 not the $39 as they claimed (Evelyn in the office who took the call said it was actually $39.99 -- Um, not according to Groupon!) -- I called her to complain about the ride to request a 50% credit - which I felt was fair. She had to speak to the boss and would get back to me. After 8+ hrs -- I emailed them. I got a reply from the owner (Seth) who claimed to be out of town and hadn't heard of the issue. I re-explained it to him. He claimed he is - and I quote: "i am a honest man with Integrity." and has all his calls recorded - which btw is ILLEGAL in Florida!! Recorded calls must be approved by both ends of the call. If he was he could have avoided all this and give me $20. But NOW - it will cost him $40, plus a black mark on his reputation! (Integrity, my a**) After a number of back and forth email - there was no response in a few days-- needless to say I've disputed the entire charge and informed Groupon of their deceptive business practices. 9/20/17 Asked him again, this time a partial refund.. I get this in reply to a comment I made about making peace with himself and the Lord for his lousy cheating business practices... Please do yourself a favor and do not book them They are horrible with returning calls. Manager Omar had no idea what was going on. Driver was 2 hours late to my sisters wedding. Actually, late is giving to much credit, he never showed up. Called and spoke with driver and managers and they kept saying they'll be there in 20 minutes. My sister can not get another wedding day, so this can not be undone. But I will update if the company even tries to call or Monday to pretend they care about customers. The worst service I have ever received. DO NOT USE. I found a great deal from groupon for this limo service, and when I emailed to ask if they were available on the specific date I needed them for they replied and said yes, but would I mind booking it directly through them instead of groupon since groupon takes 50%. I was happy to do them a favor, woops my bad! We had, in writing discussed the 20% gratuity that needed to be added on and with no problems we booked the date. They were hired for my friends bachelorette party, and when I called to confirm on the date of the event (not sure why I didn't receive a call) he told me he had a made a mistake and that the 20% gratuity needed to be added on to the original cost, and not the groupon cost. I am sorry, but its been week and that is terrible business they needed to just eat the cost. Well, he started yelling at myself and my friend and threatened to cancel the limo for THAT NIGHT! Terrible, terrible guy and terrible business etqiuette. When the limo showed up it was a gentelman in an oversized shirts, earrings and bagging pants... not exactly what you expect when you order a limo for a big event. In any case, IT WAS THE GUY THAT YELLED AT US OVER THE PHONE... I did not feel comfortable, but what was I to do at that point? I did not want to ruin my friends party! The limo was also not as promised. It was supposed to be a hummer or cadillac limo, and it was a generic black stretch, and nothing worked! The radio didn't go to more than 3 stations, and when he told me I could plug in my phone, the cord only worked if you held it a certain way. What a disaster, but made for a good story. We were 30 minutes late on the way home and they kicked, screamed and threatened to call the cops if we didn't give them $200 over time, which we had not signed an agreement for! Awesome service. Always dependable was right on time . We booked them to make my family to lunch. The driver was awesome. So accommodating, taking the scenic A1A route while we decide where to eat. Once we decided the drive knew as faster route than I would have taken. The service was nothing less than stellar. So much in fact that we took the driver into the restaurant with us and bought him lunch. Don't think twice about always dependable. Like the name days they're always dependable. Is it possible to give no stars? I have never in my life been so LIVID about spending money on anything. Please NEVER EVER use this limo service. Here is the list of EVERYTHING that went wrong with their company and their services: We requested a limo for 11pm the guy shows up at 12:47 AM no apology, dressed in an old ratty tshirt, junk all in the front seat of his limo. We had called over 10 times before and each time he lied about his location. But that's not the best part, we requested a limo that seats 12 and was told in writing we would get a Dodge Charger with those special opening doors we get an old black limo that barely seats 10. NO ice, no cold water in the back, AC barely running, guy doesn't know how to use the limo, there was a SPIDER in the back. We were furious, he didn't even have working speakers for the back. It was our friends birthday, we had already spent TONS on tickets for the club in Miami and couldn't even make it in time. Then he says he won't turn the music on because he can't hear his PHONE for directions. Then he stops for gas, when we told him this should have been done on his own time he starts yelling at us. He said the other limo broke down and demanded we give him all the money. At this point we barely felt safe riding in the car. We give him half, he doesn't know where he's going.. I had to give him directions instead of enjoying my time in this "limo" with my friends. There is so much more but we told him at the end of the night to pick us up when we call, he demanded all the money gave us no discount for the troubles and we took an uber home. Literally worst experience ever. Please please NEVER use this company. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY, EVER!!! I booked an airport transfer for my mother-in-law and I was told she'd need cash for gratuity at the time of service. I instructed her to do so and she did. Looking at my credit card after the fact, I found that I was also charged for the gratuity. I called and texted Seth countless times (maybe 30??) and at first he said he'd be willing to credit me but he was always busy or with a customer and never got back to me. At this point, I'm pretty sure my number is blocked and I have not gotten a response in several months. He's a scam artist and I see several other people have fallen victim to his unprofessional and criminal tactics. I will provide this negative feedback on every site I can to deter other potential well-intentioned customers from using this horrible service (or lack thereof). I made arrangements by phone with Eddie a few days before my flight in from Toronto,Canada. The conversation went very well gave me the pricing which was great and said he'll see me at arrivals. My flight landed as scheduled and got a text right away from him letting me know he was there and to give him a heads up when I got my bags. Texted Eddie and he met me as planned, what a great guy, we talked all the way up to Delray and told me about his family and was really interested to hear about my time in Toronto. CREDIT CARD SCAM AND WORST LIMO SERVICE ON THIS PLANET. Showed up 1.5 hours late, didn't give us a return trip home, charged my card $500 and continued to use my credit card for personal charges. They were anything but dependable. They almost ruined my friend's wedding. They took an hour an half to let us know they were "on their way" and every time we called, we got that message. You know how rare it is to have an on-time bridal party? Hair done, makeup done and dressed for 8 bridesmaids and three spunky little flower girls! The bride had to just tell them not to show up and we had to use our own transportation for the wedding. The last thing you want to do is stress out a bride and this was not a pleasant experience. Where are the good reviews like the time that the guys mom fell in the airport and broke her leg and I drove her to Urgent Care Center free of charge and waited. Where the lady took the kids to the ice cream parlor and left your wallet home and I paid cash out of my pocket for the kids ice cream. I can go on and on and on. But why bother. If you're going to go on here leave me a review weather bad or good just be truthful. But I get it. Weather in other limousine companies using this as a tool or whenever their ulterior motives are. Short version: No complaints regarding the limo or driver - everything was great. I'm not sure if the other reviews are here solely because most people don't feel motivated to review things unless they have a bad experience? Details: Booked this limo company for my friend's bachelorette party (a Thursday night in Fort Lauderdale Beach). I was really hesitant at first because of all the negative reviews, but I know that most people are only motivated to review things if they have a bad experience, and we truthfully couldn't afford any other service (they're running a special on Groupon that they'll give you if you call over the phone). To be honest, this company isn't perfectly professional: the "contract" I was given was more of a receipt than a true contract (no terms or guarantees were stated on the paper, but it did contain all the relevant information for booking), and the listed number is the owner's cell phone, not a true business phone. But it is nice that you can easily get ahold of the owner if a situation should arise. Anyway, the limo arrived right on time, and was perfectly clean and intact, with none of the problems the other reviewers have described. There was a bar area stocked with complimentary water and sodas, the A/C was cold, and the radio was set up to allow AUX input in addition to radio stations. Our driver was really polite and professionally dressed. He was even willing to extend our time driving should we need it (though we would be charged for the extra time), even though I hadn't set that up in advance. Really nice guy, even though I had paid the tip in advance when booking the limo and so he had no true incentive at that point. I'd definitely book with them again. Worst limo service ever. I found them on groupon and when called to make reservations, they offered to honor the same price directly through them (cutting groupon's share). Anyway the driver came on time (the only positive), and drove us from Miramar to Davie. It took him about 45 mins which should have only taken 25 mins. When we reached our destination, the driver asked to leave to get something to eat, which I agreed to, but asked if would stay nearby if we needed more trips. He decided to stay nearby but brought along someone to smoke with him near the limo while we are at the party. How disrespectful to my guests. I was required to pay $80 tip for this??? After about half an hour we noticed the limo broke down, so the company switched the limo and gave us a dirty, smoke smelling limo. I paid their price for less than half their service. To top it all off, at 4 am I get a call from their number asking if the driver is there??? Are you kidding me? Why would I know where your driver is at 4am. Never will use this company again. I called and complained and of course like the other people said, the owner is out of town and they will not make any adjustments to my payments. read more

We booked a Limo using a Groupon - $100 for a 2 hour limo rental for 10 people. We were celebrating my son's 9th birthday, and he wanted to go on a Limo Ride with a few friends instead of having a typical birthday party. Our plan was simply to drive the boys around, stop and grab dinner, go for ice cream and end up back at our house. PROS of this Company: * The Price - $100 for a 2 hour limo rental was a great deal! * The "look" of the Limo - it was a black stretch limo with neon lights inside ... Exactly what my 9-year old had hoped for, so he and his friends were excited. * The Driver showed up (which was a lot better than what other Reviewers seemed to experience) CONS of this Company: * The Driver was late ... Not substantially late - only 20 minutes. But if we HAD been on a tight schedule, my anxiety would have been through the roof! ... So I do agree with other posters that the word "Dependable" is NOT an accurate description as it relates to being on time. * The Limo only had seat belts for about 1/2 the seats in the car. As a Mom who was responsible for 7 kids in this car, I was NOT happy that several of the children were unrestrained in the vehicle. * The Driver seemed to have a difficult time navigating the stretch limo while we drove ... 6 different times, he took a turn too tightly and the rear wheel jumped the curb. * The "Ergonomics" of the car weren't great ... The Television didn't work (which was disappointing to the boys), the Driver didn't know how to hook up my husband's iPhone to the radio so we couldn't use our playlist (we listened to the radio instead), and every single cup holder in the vehicle was take up with bar-glassware (which we never used), so when we brought out Chick-Fil-A drive thru meal into the car, there was no place for the kids to put their drinks down while they ate their food. (And a few drinks spilled when the kids tried, unsuccessfully, to hold their cups with their feet while they ate.) OVERALL - This company was fine for my 9-year, who had never been in a limo before and was thrilled just to ride around in one. All of the boys had a fantastic time. Dependable my a$$ we had to re schedual my sister's 15 añera because the driver was 1 hr late!!!! Not only was he 1 hr late but b4 we could go to miami he stoped at a gas station which i was cool with but..... He started puting gas in the veichle while the engine was on!!!! Not only that he proceeded to lite up a cigarette while in a fu%#ing gas station!!!! Driver had no concern for rider safty and for the saftey of the other girls. To make it worse half the seat belts were missing. We planed to take 30-45 min to miami and have the limo give the girls a ride around the city b4 we took them to the main event. But unfortunatly our driver decided that he was going to spend 30 min at the gas station wasting our time doing god knows what because the veichle had been done fueling. After he took the slowest city rout instead of the highway (595 which was not congested) instead he took griffin. And instead of taking federal down he took i95 which moved 4 feet every 5 minutes!!!! And try and tell him to take another rout and watch what happen we barley get to our destination with only about 3 min to spare because if we had gotten there 3 min later the limo would have charged us another hour! So he just pulls up and says nothing and myself not have been at this actual place i ask him if we were there yet and he rudly growled with a yes. This ride reminds me of what it was like to ride in a cab. The limmo itself looks like one a cheap gangster would ride in. Dont spend ur money here unless u like to b treated like crap and ur life put in danger. This experiance deserves an email to the better buisiness bureau. read more

Do not use this limo company. We made a reservation months in advance for Sunday, June 28. We expected a limo at 12:30 pm and at 11 am that day we received a text from Seth, the limo driver, saying that the limo was not available that day. I had 10 people waiting for a special occasion. We missed our reservations at a luncheon. DO NOT USE THIS LIMO COMPANY. THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY NOT DEPENDABLE. The plans were ruined, we had to scramble to find a limo at last minute on a Sunday!!! Limos are very hard to find last minute on Sundays. Not to mention the $320 we paid and got scammed for. No refund at all. Seth says he didn't even receive that amount. My wife and I booked always dependable limousine for mother's day. What a great idea I finally had, brownie points for me!! The driver was great, very respectful & early! He made a few unannounced stops for us and still made our trip to the Mandarin Oriental on Brickell Key amazing! Class act and I recommend them above all other limo companies! read more
