The owner, Kevin, is a very conscientious bloke who really will try very hard to ensure that the work is done professionally. Of the 3 limo companies that I worked for, he'll actually be up in the early hours to make sure that the chauffeurs are doing what they're supposed to. The other companies used call-up services or just hoped for the best. In a way, Kevin is a bit of a control freak, but I mean that in a complimentary way. He wants to ensure that things are going smoothly, and if that means waking up at 4 a.m. to ensure that a chauffeur is doing what he's supposed to be doing, then that's what he'll do. He's not the cheapest in town, and if you want the cheapest, or even the average price, it's best not to contact Kevin. He has a VERY specialised clientele, and for the most part, that's the way he wants to keep it. I actually agree with that. He doesn't have the sort of clients that are likely to puke in the vehicles, and all of that kind of thing. His clients tend to be very professional people who treat his vehicles with respect, don't smoke, pay their bills on time, and remain as clients. If and when there are errors, he's exceptionally good at correcting them and doing the right thing. Of course he makes mistakes sometimes, just like the rest of us. Because he's a bit of a one man show, this can result in him sending bills out late and other matters. But rest assured, if you're the sort of client who doesn't mind paying a bit more, but you want something back good and reliable back in return, then Kevin's company is a very good choice.

Living in Lexington, KY - I have no connection in West Palm Beach, and wanted to surprise 2 very close friends (who also happen to be my employers) with personalized transportation between PBI and the EAU hotel (and return). They arrived today for a long weekend to celebrate one of theirs 40th birthday. I received a prompt phone call from Kevin, the owner, not long after completing an online inquiry on their website. I told him this was a surprise gift and its importance. He went above and beyond. He created a "happy birthday Mr. ____" sign for the driver to hold at the airport - - AND emailed me a copy of it. He sent me an email minutes after their arrival at PBI this morning to let me know they were "in the vehicle and enroute". A few minutes later, my guys called to thank me and tell me about the wonderful service they had received. I trust the return to the airport in a few days will be seamless as well. It was a very stressful time for me. I contacted Jeff on Yelp, he quoted $850 for the service, but the next day price went up to $1,650 due to having no room in the truck. I had to arrange the pick up with a friend, since I was already in California. I felt I was being taken advantage of the situation, but also I gave him the benefit of the doubt since it was arranged after business hours. After that, it all went smoothly, my car was delivered on time without any problems.
