I am a cancer patient and have had great results with my blood work from following Dr Erin's suggestions and I do believe she really knows her medicine. I believe that this business has evolved tremendously since these older reviews were posted and that these doctors really care about their patients. They are not just in the "supplement' business and are one of the few Naturopathic offices that focus on the individual through thorough testing and not just a blanket solution one size fits all. 5 stars from me all around.

You'd be correct in saying that this isn't a spa, but it's a medical facility run by a medical professional. If you want a spa, purchase a Massage Envy subscription. This place isn't for you. If you're looking for a professional who has medical training and learns your body like the back of her hand and helps you achieve greater health, YES, this is the place for you... and you won't regret being a patient here. I bought a Groupon in the summer of last year. I called her office prior to purchasing to make sure I knew what kind of massotherapist she was. This is important. Kristie was booked 3 weeks out. Yes this is a bummer when you wait to schedule an appointment when you really need it. When I arrived, she took the time to learn what my problems were and included stretches in my treatment plan. Once I was in the rotation, I was able to schedule with ease for 3 weeks later and I saw improvements with each treatment. Kristie is an excellent massotherapy professional who works tirelessly for her patients and believes in her business. You can tell she loves her patients by her demeanor and conversational manner, and her excellent memory! I've been a patient here since I purchased my Groupon last year and I wouldn't go to anyone else in the entire Cleveland area. I seriously love this place and I'm thankful I found her.

They said that if I wanted an appointment in March, then I should have booked it in January. They also suggested that I was welcome to use the amount I payed for the groupon and pay out of pocket for the rest, even though my groupon was in date. They kept telling me that they were NOT just a spa, but a REAL medical PT place and that they only have one massotherapist and she's the owner. The receptionist said that they needed to take their insurance cases first and then schedule everyone else. Also that once you are in the rotation, they can schedule you in at a sooner rate. I just wanted a massage, as the groupon sold it, not a physical therapy appointment. I think this establishment is a scam and would not recommend it to anyone!
