I love this doctor's office. My family has been going to Dr. Kavlich for 15 years now. The nurses are great as well. They do everything here, so unless you really need a specialist, you won't be referred. The office hours are also great- night and weekend appointments! I drive here from Wickliffe because I have not found a better doctor. The only bad thing is all the random stuff for sale. Unless it is aromatherapy, I don't want to see candles for sale. read more

This is the worst-run medical facility I've ever been to. Nobody working here knows what they're doing except maybe the doctor who is giving immunizations. I came here because they were the closest travel clinic, and I needed some immunizations before traveling to Asia. Every step of the way has been difficult, from checking in to filling out paperwork to getting recommendations for the proper immunizations. Getting Patient First to submit my information to my insurance company was a nightmare, and took at least five phone calls. If you can go to any other travel clinic, I highly recommend it. Met Dr. Kavlich for an initial visit, it was a shock from all my other health care providers. Completely impersonal and cold. Misdiagnosed Sjogren's Syndrome in ten seconds with a dismissive "allergies are bad this time of year" and left without any pleasantries (nice to meet you, hope to see you back, thanks for stopping in, etc). Also, the carpets inside are all stained and the entire place feels a bit dirty and unkempt. read more

I've been there twice. The first time they forgot me in the room and offered me a lot of pain pills (back pain) instead of a follow up. They did have in house X-ray and blood work, but they never called me with the results. I was more interested in the cause and solution rather than getting hooked on pills. The second time I was sick and got no exam and a prescription for antibiotics and decongestant. Again, no follow up. Later I found out that they wrote my phone number down wrong (wrong area code). There were not many people there on both occasions, but I still waited a long time, despite being there on time for my appointment. The Dr. is ok, but he's not very friendly, and if he did a thorough job on the exam I didn't see it. There are lots of Doctors in the area, find another one. read more

I brought my daughter in for a typhoid shots yesterday because we are preparing for out trip to Guatemala. They did not accept our insurance, they could have told me that in the beginning. The shot was $140. My point was that Dr. Kavlich did not washed his hands or sanitized it and neither wore gloves before giving my daughter a shot. What kind of doctor is that! read more

I went here for my first visit in year because I recently gained health insurance through my employer. This was in August. I came back in December and gave me a prescription. I went to the CVS on the corner of Broadview and Brookpark the same day to drop the prescription off. It needed a prior authorization so they had to fax something to the doctor. A few months go by and I still haven't heard anything. I call Patient First and they say they never received anything. I call the CVS and they send over the materials again. it is now almost July and I still have yet to receive something. Go somewhere else. Forget this place. read more

I went there for a drug test for a job, and was completely appalled! When you walk in, it looks like an antiques store, when you go through the office, there are papers all over, on the floor, and in dark rooms, and the staff was arguing with each other in front of me, no one seemed to know what they were doing. There were holes in the walls like they started remodeling, and never finished. It was so un sanitary. It completely disgusted me. I would never recommend it to anyone, ever. Even the receptionist was wearing a tee shirt and jeans. How unprofessional!!! read more

First thing I noticed pulling in ,it looks like a storage garage . He's got tons of clutter outside the office. Then we walk in and the smell of moth balls in overwhelming. It was making our eyes water. I took a look around the waiting room and was confused if we were in the right spot . The clutter outside was nothing compared to the inside. Very odd place, With candles for sale .we went back to the room. More clutter .the pa sat with us ,went over paper work and was very friendly. That's why I gave 2 stars. Then the doc came in. No intro on who he was. Just said what are you here for today. He did not make eye contact .just sat at desk and looked at notes the pa wrote . Not friendly nor has any kind of bed side manner. Yes, agree the doctor is very thorough and runs lots of tests and has the equipment to do right on site. Been going here for many years, since 1995 at least. highly would recommend. He has excellent referral base of good docs also. I love my OB/GYN he referred to me about 8 years ago Dr Edelman. read more

Doctor Kavlich is a good doctor and his staff is friendly. They do get busy and that can lead to feeling rushed. I usually get in quickly without an appointment. For general health issues this is a great place to go. read more

This place is absolutely aweful. I feel like it's a hoarders office. The place is dirty with magazines everywhere unnecessary statues. You can see behind the desk and there is paperwork for miles just in random places. read more

Absolutely terrible health care provider. I went in for the first time to this office and my experience as a patient was worse than I could have imagined. First off, the doctor reminds me of that doctor from the Simpsons that will perform heart surgery on you for 5$. He is so creepy and when I came in, I could visibly see him in the back fixing his hair in the mirror, and walking around doing literally nothing while I waited for 30 min. When he walked into the exam room, he didn't shake hands or give any personal touch that a "doctor" might be able to comprehend is necessary and advantageous to his private practice. Further, the equipment is literally from the 1800's, I stepped on a scale that said I was 190, I'm 220 pounds... they literally WROTE DOWN my medical history whereas most reputable Healthcare providers use-I don't know- a computer? Worse yet, they put that piece of paper into a file that looked like one Benjamin Franklin would have used when he was researching electricity. At the end, he needed to get my medical records from my old Healthcare provider and he literally gave me a form and said, "Go fax this to health span and bring your records to us." I was like.... wtf am I paying you for? That's literally the worst doctors office in Ohio. read more
